Even if you're eating 1mg/day, if you do it every day you will definitely become addicted. Then after that, you will need more to feel the same. Then after that, you'll need them just to be half way normal. Slippery slope man.

And Valium for rebound anxiety, yes. Valium to avoid addiction, nope. Eat benzos every day, regardless of dosage, you will become addicted/face very tough withdrawal. Good luck man
