Ok I’m not a big fan of Benz I use the sporadically once or twice a week as most and 1 once every 3-4 weeks

anyway I had a bit of a binge

day 1

4mg xans

2mg kpins

day 2

6mg xans

4mgs k pin

day 3

2mg kpins

3/4 xans

im thinking of taking just 20mg tamazapm but I don’t want to get dependence I know I am being a bit OTT but Benz are a scary drug to get inslaved too

While it is possible to down regulate your gaba receptors within 3 days of continual use it is unlikely that you will be caught in the net. Maybe you want my honest opinion and maybe you don't but, only take b3nz0z if you truly have relentless panic disorder such as I do. Some people can get off them and some can't. I've tried desperately and can not get off.

I’m truly sorry for you’re troubles.  GAD & Panic attacks are no fun and even worse with a concomitant  Benzo dependency .

i usually only use them on really bad days dr rx so maybe 1-2 a week if that and more

likely usually about once every few weeks

just had a particular bad few days so it turned into a 4 day “binge” . common sense and luck I’m probably not going to develop a dependency on a one off like that

But your advice is spot on not just for me but anyone facing down a need for benzos.

best of luck with getting clean my friend and reaching a point where the GAD and PA are manageable without pharmaceutical intervention .

I’m going to ride out any bad anxiety for at least for 7-9 days before touching them again . By that time the longer acting kpinZ should be out of my system.

Thoughts on my plan ? Any glaring errors etc ?
