@PTFC , yah i am suprised x@nz and klon was 10days, that means if someone that has a good metabolism, exercises ,and cold turkeys and can make it through the w/d symptoms has a good chance passing there UA after 10days maybe if it was that dead serious that you had to pass a UA and risk health related risk from stopping cold turkey if your doses were high

Yeah, and that's a worst case scenario, i thought z@@mmmz were 4 days tops elimination. I can't believe the 42 days for d 1 @ z though, i had that pegged at 10-20 days max elimination. Though again, that's a worst case scenario.

yah but worse case scenario to go completely cold turkey without a seizure just to pass a UA for a job , i would just find a good method to passing a UA ,and there's lots of ways to pass a UA /default_smile.png

As stated right before this post, there is truth in that. It depends on who is doing the test and how in depth. I have gone to the hospital a few times and they have run a "Full blood test" as well as "Tox screen". They always come back and say "You are positive for Benzo's". When I tell them to look up my valid script for Lorazepam, the conversion has always ended. With "That explans that". Despite I rarely take that med but find diaz helps me much more. (sleep, rls, tinitus)

I know there are differences between "lam's" and "pam's", although I do not know what that is. I heard this from a police officer about 10 years ago when I was pulled over. Because I had pills in my pocket he had me show my scripts for them. No problems there. Still got a ticket for my driving infraction though.

The general first stage test will only show "Benzo's" which is a lengthly list. In my experience no one has ever gone beyond that testing.

The one thing I will state going back to the comment on "I will drink lots of water..." . If you do your reading on diaz you will find it has a 200 hour half life. That is based on the use of 1 dose. At around 8 days after you take the dosage you have 50% still in your system. Also, the one thing I know is that consistant (high dosage) takingn of medications extends this. For instance, if you take 30mg of diaz every day for 5 years, it can take over 1 year to fully get it out of your system. Even if you take a month to taper down use to avoid withdrawel. (not sure at what point it would NOT show up on a test though)

By no means am I an expert or even in the medical field. Just spend a lot of time on google. (Sources are all medical based, webmd, drugs.com, etc)

LOL! This reminded me of about 15 years ago a friend use to "borrow" my u for tests. Not sure how he pulled it off but kept coming back for more and always got the job. LMAO.... memoriez.....

So I get to be drug tested for a life insurance policy. I already told them I smoke weed, but said nothing about the benzos. I do have an old rx for klonnies with the original pills in it, although I'd prefer they not get my records from the particular doc. But...I usually take v@ls, br0ms, or zannies. I have no idea which drug test they use, Google didn't show which one. Test is in 9 days, so there's no way I will test neg unless I get fake pee. Thoughts?

Get Saint Johns Wart, It will speed the metabolism of the benzo as long as it uses CYP3A4 some don't. Xanax and Klonopin do. Most do I just don't know off hand.

Also I should note that there are prescription drugs that inhibit the metabolism and induce it along with OTC things. Wikipedia the drug and it will tell how its metabolized. If excreted mainly in urine, feces etc. That could be helpful. Protein binding and not fat binding. Wiki is a great source you just have to do a little reading.

I recently found out that omeprazole, amongst other stuff, slows down excretion dramatically. Interesting about the Stage John's Wort increasing metabolism though.

How'd it go?? I used to get screened.. and I'd come up w/ alpro and Diaz.. I wasn't on Diaz, but the k-pin came up that way.. now I'm ASSuming my others just had the straight +/- benz test? Or the Dr's didn't care BUT I ALWAYS pop for greens but after talking to a specialist.. said 5mo's-6mo's and even then I'd still pop +.. Soooo.. I gotta move.. I'm a wee lil dude, not much fat on me when the sun gets warm.. BUT It's been 20yrs w/ that everyday too.. I was told basically.. It wouldn't matter WHEN they tested me it'll come up +, but they could do levels if it got to that point.. now the dr's that have had +'s in the past from me won't see me.. God bless out freedom and the cynics who think Jah herb is something that EVERYONE should not have the freedom to choose.

My entire family got sick with a whopping 5 bugs coming through within 2 weeks so I had the physical pushed out a couple weeks as we are all still sick. My policy is just for 100k, so if they don't want to insure me, they can go stick it where the sun doesn't shine. Hubby's getting the much bigger policy and he doesn't take any weird rx drugs they would care about.
