That makes a lot of sense, u know your stuff. Is there a table anywhere, or would you know, which RC benso is equivalent to or substitute for d1az3p4m and L0r4zep4m? I was thinking Br0m0n0rd14zepam and maybe R1lm4z4f0ne HCL (though I believe they are more potent so require smaller d0se), what do you think?

Re you last para, I've know dependence on many ch3ms over the (many) years but never b3nsos. And where I couldn't drop it by will I'd sub it with something easier to handle, and so on. Wonder when the Ch3m1sts will come up with the b3nso equivalent of SR17.

Thanks, but with what little I know I can't see where that gets me except to lots of scientific info. The actual term isn't searchable here and the name it's known by, 1m1d4zod14zep1ne, isn't here. Maybe I'm just not conversant enough to get it.

Unfortunately due to these publishments being ‘RC’s there isn’t much info about equipotency as they are just that- Research c’s. They aren’t studied well- some more than others. You can find info about some if you look hard enough but often times it varies bw sources. I know wiki has an [}rug site with info on SOME rcs. Also your body biochemistry plays a role and varies.
As far as half lives go, your probs close to equal with clobro and di@z, for lor@az hard to say I would suggest broma but I’m not sure if that’s glucorinated like lor, or what the half life is bc of that but I confidently can say (at least for me remember you may react differently) that broma has similar reading to lor@z for me at least.
Maybe even 3thylbr0. I’ve never personally read r1lm@ but it metabolizes into something called R1lm@z0l@m if not mistaken which I hear is more of a sedative nature. But I’m kinda new to the scene too. There’s plenty of people on here who have read way more than me and could expand on this. Flu@l is close to @lp but def hits harder than Loraz. Combo of flu/broma may be close to either.
You can find both if you look tho you don’t necessarily need to substitute with rcs unless you want too. I have noticed loraz is expensive in most places but you can find affordable v@l1um if you look

I have fond both are expensive and getting more so. Also hard to get any volume delivered to my location, so more traffic required making more risk of exposure or seizure with limited options for change of address. Better to get the more concentrated and transportable RC powder form, for the longer term.

Yes, it can be very subjective but there must be general consensus when enough anecdotal reports are out - I don't know if there are. I use 1m@ L0r4z for sleep primarily and take 5m@ D1@z at same time, basically maintaining a steadiness of normality. So maybe R1lm@z0l@m to sub for L0r4z and br0m0n0rd14z to sub for d14z.

Maybe I'll start a thread with a bit more detail instead of getting lost in the middle of this thread.

If that’s the case, mind asking if you get them from doctor? Is your goal to substitute those two rx chems for same purpose? I ask cuz you could talk with doc about something (which may or may not be a red flag word things carefully) and if trying to substitute rilm@ sounds promising, brom@ can knock you out too if your used to those low doses (in this world) and clobro might make it hard to wake up, just from what I’ve heard it’s very long lasting I’ve never had the pleasure of reading it but plan on it. Flu@lp/brom@z combo book could also substitute for what sounds like sleeping purposes

Used to get from Doc but politics means they don't script b3nz0s any more - I'm in Oz. Yes, for same purpose. Can't ask Docs for anything, they have signs up all over the place.

I see you're on my other thread. Yes, getting the right combo and d0$e is the thing. Trying to keep it simple though.

Yeah sorry I can shut up if needed Cuz many more people have rc b3nz0 experience. But I’m very well versed in meds in general. Idk what “Oz” means lol. Like a state ban for Oregon meant to say? If not state thing, my guess is your gp was rxing to you, I’ve noticed trends lately. mine has signs everywhere too that say they don’t rx oppees or Bennie’s. If that’s the case, I’d suggest seeing a psychiatrist, at least in FL they’re allowed to rx b3nz03s via telehealth, don’t even have to leave the house. But that law varies by state I think.
Irregardless , sounds like you have insurance so I’d suggest making an appt for specific psychiatrist. Look up laws in your state and find out if they can rx Bennie’s over telehealth first, that’s so convenient. Also online you can pick your provider that and I hate to say this but looks like having highest chance of rxing what you need. Like someone who specializes in insomnia for instance. Explain this is what you were taking but my gp office no longer prescribes them. If they say ok why don’t we try some sort of antidepressant like mirtazeppine (which I take low dose in addition to Bennie), trazadone, TCAs such as amyltriptamine (idk how to sPell it) say you’ve been depressed for however long and have tried all those and they don’t work/give hangovers/whateve. Be willing to act like you’re open to zdrugs too. Obviously don’t come off strong cuz just explaining your situation I would think is the best way to “ask” for said meds

It's not that hard anymore.. it's hardER than it used to be and then say Pyrazolam or FlubromazoLAM, but clonazoalm is back more and more... Now is it the same feeling? Idk haven't tried it. But it's definitely easier to find then my quaalude journey lol.. or even barbitals (besides pheno)...

And eh teaze oh lam is also pretty short read but very rewarding, though it might be so challenging it makes you sleepier than average if you read at night. Roughly correct?

For everyday use: Bretazenil and to a lesser extent pyrazolam since there's no withdrawal symptoms except maybe a little insomnia which is easy to remedy with other substances. For the occasional recreational "vacation" ebrom without a doubt since its so euphoric and mixes well with with anything. For panic attacks or hangovers/bad trips/pain/viral infections theres always brom or bro as I call it.

In your opinion, which is the best RC benzo? I like something that makes me feel good but doesn’t make me so tired I can’t keep my eyes open. Bromaz was fantastic but seems to not be the same. I don’t think anyone has legit pyraz but could be wrong.
