I have gone through some lets just say addictive periods with Alp so my tolerance is kinda always there if that makes sense... used to have some Zolp and it did work great but I just fell if I were to take that on a regular basis I would never be able to sleep without it... or is it non-addictive?I am scripted Zolp1dem and it works for me and generally keeps me sleeping for 6 to 8 hours. It helps to take it and read a little to relax and unwind from the day and let the med do its thing. I find if I think about sleeping I can not sleep.
The other BZ that works for sleep for me is Alp as my tollerance is relatively low but I am sure you know Alp is extremely addictive. The few times I made the mistake of adding a glass of wine to the mix I was literally down for the count. I will never mix them again and please note the combo can be lethal.
Actually, Ambien can be addictive. It's less common than some substances, but the potential is certainly there.Edit: Ambien/Zolp is not addictive. That's why it's so much more common.
Well medicated, serviced AND refreshed. No wonder you've got that huge smile on your face! /default_biggrin.pngSex at bed time, always knocks me out and I get refreshing sleep
Interesting post.hooter1 said:Just some crap I stumbled across, I make NO CLAIMS TO KNOW ANYTHING!!!
Ambien is infamous for causing people to sleepwalk, raid their refrigerators, or even go for a drive—without remembering any of it the following morning.
But can this sleeping pill be addictive? Experts say no—not if it's used as directed. However, people who take Ambien at higher-than-recommended doses or for long periods of time may be unaware that they are boosting its addictive potential.
Ambien is far less likely than some other prescription medications to provoke misuse and dependence, but it's not entirely benign, either. "We're now seeing more and more case reports—many case reports—of people becoming genuinely addicted," says Stephen Ross, MD, an addiction expert at the New York University School of Medicine.
Thanks guys I knew Zolp was not a BZ but am really open to anything.. Heard great things about Nitr@z so I might try that..Keep in mind that many in the medical professional field still consider Tramadol non-addictive. We all know that is a crock of shit.
I have a close family member who was addicted to Z0lp. It was her D.O.C. She figured out that if she fought off the feelings/urges for sleep, that she really enjoyed the buzz/high/trip she got from z0lp. Especially mixed with alcohol. She started taking z0lp in the daytime, sometimes even upon waking up because she liked it so much. Before she decided to detox, she was taking 20-40 mgs a day and drinking a pint of liquor with it. Was some absolutely terrifying behavior induced by this, and frankly, she's lucky to still be alive. I almost cried tears of joy when she dumped her last 8 z0lps down the toilet in front of me.
Back OT, Nitr@z kicks ass for getting to sleep and staying asleep. Don't take too much, or take it too late though, half life is between that of K pin and V@l, so it may leave you a bit groggy.
I have issues sleep walking with that med. The only thing I an use for sleep is unisom, or benadryl.I am scripted Zolp1dem and it works for me and generally keeps me sleeping for 6 to 8 hours. It helps to take it and read a little to relax and unwind from the day and let the med do its thing. I find if I think about sleeping I can not sleep.

. Hi Citylife. What has worked for me is Klonopin. But the best for me by far is Soma. I take 2 350mg pills and I'm out for the night. I hope this helps cause your post was awhile ago. Good luck.Hey guys wondering what your thoughts are on which BZ is best for keeping you asleep... not knocking you out but I have trouble staying asleep through out the night and have only tried the main 3... so curious about these broom, nitrz, etc?
