Zannies and Alcohol will knock your ass out, but like HB said, can be a lethal combo..I don't recommend it, but if you go this route, Never take more than 1mg of zan if you are mixing with alcohol..Maybe .5 mg if you are not use to taking them.

But I have taken 1 brew and 1mg and the next thing I heard were the birds chirping. But I'm not advising it. Just relating my experience.

Alp is the best bz for sleep hands down. Nothing even comes close. Not even the crazy rcs. But if you want to sleep even better, just eat a few Ambien. I realize its not a bz, but has given me the best sleep I've ever had

Or even peptide syringes are so tiny brother literally 5/16” 31g is so small you don’t feel it. And you just pinch some fat on your stomach or butt and the rest you can easily find out on internet/youtube
