Well i believe it ALL has its place, but for different reasons. Steaks, burgers, fries, "free for all", timing, etc......

Psychological. This depends on the person and their motivation. Some people beat themselves up and go crazy if they cheat at any point, especially precontest. For those ll do something high calorie but beneficial to eat in order to put their mind at ease and still accomplish the goal. Steak and potatoes, etc..

Refeed. This depends if we are using it to fill the muscles back out, caloric surplus to gain, or caloric surplus to give the BMR a bump.

Imo  If its precontest and you need a BMR bump u have a few tactics you can tame take.....i can spread a little throughout the day or il give a window and calorie goal. If you  are sensitive to either carbs or fats il lean away from the macro you would  have problems with a bit.

Caloric spikes WILL be needed at some point in a prep to kick the metab back up (though there are terrible coaches who use thyroidals to mask their inability to structure a diet and use macros). Following these days with your lowest days is a great way to get fat loss moving.
- Junk food can either really help or really hurt people mentally.

High calorie meals while bulking can be extremely beneficial if used correctly and not overused. Use it too much and you desensitize yourself, get fat and hit a wall.
- In rare cases you will have enormous bodybuilders who NEED a small junk meal the majority of the days of their week to not flatten and shrink.

  12. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: Don’t message people about things like veterinary care without taking care to mind the rules you two crazy nuts. More at stake than getting bad info or scammed, there’s predators out there looking for bigger fish and will step on a guppy to get to them. Fishing expeditions aren’t just for private citizens enjoying a calm weekend exploring the lake for a fish hookup. Offish of offishial fishing investigations may be looking for the best fishing hole and scare off the big
