These guys are absolutely legit! Forgot to update that I got my orders and everything was perfect. Best mags of its type that I ever read too.

For those who aren’t getting a response are you sure you’re following the rules? Emails don’t get responded to if you don’t follow the rules to a T.

Came thru for me again - and was "special order" - that is, he had to change some of his policies to fit my needs. Most vendors won't do that.
We did have a little mixup with the "sale" thing but I admit that was confusing......I'm sure it was not purposely done....just a result of my "special" situation.

(to those who are always in a hurry....I almost never am, so my ratings and experience reflect a person who is patient with everything...always). Given weekends and normal business I usually would expect responses within 72 hours IF I follow the rules, which I try to do.

First order with @blackstarchem went perfect. Went out of his way to honor a request I had when he 100% didn't have to . Took about 4 or so days to land once shipped. Will me my go to moving forward for the item I got from him. 10 out of 10 for me .

PS - For the people who emailed and haven't gotten a reply , I emailed him about another item once my first item had shipped. This was Monday if i recall. I haven't heard back yet either. Hopefully he is just taking some time off or something not too serious. He looks to have been login in here on the site so I guess we will just have to be patient and see.

The mags I chose were of excellent quality and generously packed. I will confidently continue to subscribe to Blackstar and certainly would recommend them to anyone that prefers magazines in this genre...

Maybe be transparent about the age of your sub that "didn't arrive".

Told me for 10 days straight that product had been sent out, then when I asked him why four different packs werent on ID nearly 2 weeks later he said he hadn’t sent them and refunded me straight away, vendors are people and make mistakes but the fact he refunded without any explanation proves this man is legit.
