Oh shoot due that last part absolutely screams scam :-/ was the email address the same and everything? @BlueSunHad anyone ordered very recently like within the last few days? I feel something very off about them lately. I've ordered many times but just this past weekend they asked when I can make another order so I made another order but I noticed the way they asked for order was totally different this time. The way they spoke was also very different. They usually always send the same format for billing and ordering but they didn't sent that format. The btc address I noticed was different but didnt think too much of it because usually that changes after some time. After I paid for 10g and the price of 10g, the usually tell me thanks, have a great evening, i will send you tracking tomorrow. This time they sent me an email talking about how they need me to pay extra because their staff accidently packed double the order, but I still don't have a tracking number assigned so I don't get why I have to do that. They told me instead of double, I can pay for half a double but again, I never ordered that amount. I only ordered what I was able to afford. I'm getting really weird vibes because again, the way they are speaking is very different from who I used to speak with. I also find it odd that the entire process has been different, and they're also making me pay for their mistake but making it sound like they're helping me because I only need to oay an additional 300 for their mistake. They're usually so easy and quick to work with, also super understanding but not this time... they've never done this before. There's more to it...maybe I should provide screenshots of the convo but I am starting to wonder if I am getting scammed now...
Yes its the same email ive been communicating with but the way they spoke was totally different than usual. Bluesun would've never done that I feel like. It does scream scam... to say I need to pay additional 300 because they sent me an additional 600 dollars worth - that I just need to pay that and they will take care of the rest BUT no tracking yet like they didn't send it. The entire process was different this time.Oh shoot due that last part absolutely screams scam :-/ was the email address the same and everything? @BlueSun
I was wrong... I partially blame Proton the way the email was displayed. The email address was different by 1 letter. They know bluesuns pricing very well, well enough to trick people into thinking its then. The real bluesun emailed me just now so now I know... someone is pretending to be them and scamming people. I don't know how they got my email address though...Oh shoot due that last part absolutely screams scam :-/ was the email address the same and everything? @BlueSun
They should be ashamed of themselves because not only does that hurt buyers but also hurts the vendors. This has been mentioned numerous times already and there are different threads about this scam method.
Anyone who is still using the same username as email address, change it right away!
Scammers are watching the vendor's thread, once they see you commenting they will attempt to contact you by emailing you using your USERNAME and then adding proton and all the other domains out there.
How do you contact Blue Sun? Needing a good vendorExcellent experience once again. Blue has been consistent, very responsive and easy to communicate with. Packing is always perfect, you can tell they put in extra effort for a good presentation. If they say it’s going out at a particular time it always does. I thoroughly appreciate the dependability of blue. They have become one of my favorites. Thanks so much!
