Alright guys I’m currently taking around 2-3mg of this stuff a night for sleep. Can anyone inform me what the equivalent to that would be to say alprazolam/Clonazepam? Just wondering what kind of withdrawals I’m going to be going through because I’ve gotta quit here soon unfortunately.

also anything that could help ease the withdrawals is welcome discussion. I’m currently addicted to around 3 grams of phenibut a day also so keep this in mind. Thanks guys/gals

Bromazolam is not really the right benzos to sleep.

It's a ptetty active/moody benzos, for me it's like the big brother of valium.

If you want to sleep properly check some Midazolam analogues or just stick with Flualprazolam.

Did you even read my thread?

@Kooter sounds like they just skimmed a line and the title.

Maybe try posting this in the "Addiction and Recovery" section?

I'm afraid all my expertise is in the opiate wds so no great words of wisdom, but I'm sure there are plenty of others with benzo experience.

More at stake than getting bad info or scammed, there’s predators out there looking for bigger fish and will step on a guppy to get to them. Fishing expeditions aren’t just for private citizens enjoying a calm weekend exploring the lake for a fish hookup. Offish of offishial fishing investigations may be looking for the best fishing hole and scare off the big
