Btc stuck in Electrum

Good morning everyone!

So I have an electrum wallet and been trying to send btc for over 12 hours now. It just says pending and when I try to send again it says not enough funds. No matter what I change the fees to and I have more than enough I always make sure to cover fees... idk whats going on but basically my money is just stuck in this wallet.

I use electrum, and have had my share of problems.
What I have done after is use JAXX Liberty Wallet.
Use the SEED i received from Electrum, and use it on Jaxx Liberty Wallet
All funds you had on Electrum should be on Jaxx Liberty, and also have more wallets now. Ethereum wallet, Bitcoin Cash, etc.
