Buying Botox no RX

Is it possible that anybody knows of that you can buy fillers like Juvederm or Botox overseas or in Mexico?  I know a Doctor who would know how to administer the medication and I am only looking for a couple of frown lines on my four head to disappear. It would be much cheaper to get my hands on that product overseas or in Mexico.  Then to have to go to a plastic surgeon, have a consultation, have him try to talk me into having all this other work done that I don't need!  I'm only 30 and I just want a couple of fillers or maybe Botox on my four head to get rid of these frown lines.  Any information will be helpful!!
