Let me start with: I basically scared / threatened them into giving me a refund, in full. Yes, I was able to get my money back!!! So, I'm hoping my experience can help others.
Thought I would share my experience with this buypainmedsnow.com. Like most others, I found this forum after I unfortunately took the plunge and somehow convinced myself (or let myself get convinced) that it was legit or would be alright. I didn't even bother to check ripoffreport.com first.
Anyway, after debating (and I had looked at the site in the past) I decided to place an order. Now, I can say several things about my situation: I have a legal prescription for 20 mg oxyc0d0ne from my Dr. at my Pain Management Clinic. I have had it off and on for the past year and a half or so. I had back problems for a long time, but they became severe a couple years ago. In June of '13, I had to end up having surgery after nothing else rectified the situation, and I tried several things over a 10-month course before finally deciding to opt for the surgery (L5 S1 Microdiscectomy) because of how severe it was and the nerve issues, muscle loss / atrophy in my left leg, numbness and losing feeling, sharp, crazy pain, leg cramps all the time, etc.
Anyway, I re-injured my back in May. I switched employers 2 times between March and June, and lost my insurance during the process. I am still without for the time being as my new employer's next enrollment is next month I believe. My Dr wants me to get MRI's and see the surgeon again because there's a strong possibility that I'll need a 2nd surgery, which I really don't want but living like this sucks. I am only 37, was an avid athlete, gym rat and physical fitness / weight lifting aficionado, in pretty good shape and was doing fairly well for awhile after my surgery and thought I would be okay. I can't bend over to tie my own shoes now. So, I get my scrip for the meds every month from my Dr at the Pain Management clinic for the time being, but it's not cheap without insurance and I was looking to avoid going to the Dr. every month for my scrip, paying full price for it and the scrip, etc. So, I came across buypainmedsnow.com, which I had seen somehow in the past, and stupidly decided to order. Well, big surprise when all communication went silent after I paid them (great beforehand, like everyone else) and then nothing after an initial payment confirmation and overnight FedEx shipping confirmation email from them (but no tracking info)...so, I went on the offensive. Crazy thing about all my claims and information that I sent them is that it's actually true. My 1/2 brother (well, technically my 1/2 sister's 1/2 brother) has been a computer geek since he was a kid and was an avid hacker back in the day (still very capable), spent about 6 years as a bounty hunter (he only quit after being shot at on a job and it barely missing), my cousin is actually a web designer and web developer and my Uncle (my stepmom's brother) was really in the CIA (retired, and I don't know what exactly he did, it was never really discussed, just something we all knew he wouldn't / couldn't say much about).
