Can anyone shed light on what happened to Mr. Blackscrew/Mr. Black?

I had had some successful orders with him in 2023ish. He was approved, then possibly blacklisted, but now is not on the blacklist? But it looks like maybe he had been hacked somehow but recovered from that? If anyone remembers or if maybe some mods could weigh in? He has some highly sought after mags, and I never had any issues with him personally, save for I think some shipping confusion on one or two orders that was eventually cleared up. EDIT: If there is a better place for this please let me know.
