can someone tell me where to track this?

 I have a parcel with a tracking number starting with the letters RB, and ending with the letters PK. It's being delivered to NE USA. I tried tracking it but it says incorrect/not in system. But supplier states it definitely went out 10/18. Does anyone know what type of shipping this was made through? Tracking number is like this: RBxxxxxxxxxPK (nine digits in between the RB & PK)

Hey guys, if you've got a way to track from countries that are being blocked share the love please.

 
Sorry so long since I posted this... I did receive one of two letters, both were sent within 24 hours of each other. Won't ever order from that part of the world again, not worth it but money wise I made out fine.
