Its a nice company, but for the record, I have only tried 4 vendors including Carolina kratom, and 2 of which were email vendors.

One email vendors price was outrageous, not sustainable, etc, but the quality is really worlds apart.

Maybe Carolina Kratom is good for more mild pain, but I'm dealing with some terminal conditions and I really don't want to say it, but CK was the weakest kratom I have ever come across. It came nicely with a nice coaster though.

It’s trial and error with Kratom strains. The green jongkong and the Vietnam strains are the strongest. Also the extracts are excellent for severe pain. I’ve had 15 surgeries and have several metal plates, mesh devices and chronic pain from a car accident and it works great for me when I find the strains that work for me. Hope this helps

Just got some red and green meang da 10x extract. Weakest stuff I’ve used lol. Not recommended and I kept chasing any feeing at all...was almost like taking nothing xD

The 10x extracts are some of the weakest out there that’s why they are so much more inexpensive. You need to try the gold 45, goody goody or pure alkaloid ones. Those are for people who are opiate tolerant. The 5x and 10x extracts are for people who are opiate naive or mild pain. Trying to by helpful. PM me if you have any questions.

You are exactly correct that it is not 10x or 10 times stronger. The X comes from the total amount of Kratom they started with and then concentrated down. So do not pay any attention to the 10x or 5x or 20x. It all started just to show how much Kratom they started with before the extraction of alkaloids (active ingredient that gives its effects). You need to pay attention to the ratio. For example the 50x is only a 5:1 ratio. This means 1 gram of the 50x extract is equal to 5 grams of regular powder. Does this help?

You have to rind the ratio, not the X which is the amount of bulk Kratom powder that was used to make the extract.

A 10x extract is very weak for me. I would feel nothing. That’s why i use the stronger ones for severe pain and use regular powder most often to not raise tolerance. If extracts are used correctly though they will not raise tolerance. It’s just when you keep taking a little more and then even more is when it raises. 
If you are looking for something stronger try the Carolina gold capsules. They have 100mg of alkaloids of the gold45 in them which is equal to approx 7 grams of good quality powder. I usually take 2. 
Extracts are way more effective if used sublingually. Powders use always on an empty stomach if possible then eat 30-45 mins after dosing

Unfortunately it’s trial and error with finding the right ones for your body.  Also it’s a plant so the rainy season affects the potency and may other factors like nutrients in soil and so on.  
I’ve tried about 20 different Kratom vendors and Carolina Kratom has always proved the best for me. Of course I have tried for strains from Carolina that did not help my chronic pain either and did barely or nothing at all, not every one will. 
Hate that it’s trial and error but it’s a plant and unlike marijuana there’s not companies making super strong clones.  Hope they just keep it as natural as possible imo

I can vouch for Carolina, I’ve been using them for around 6-8 months now and they have insanely fast shipping. I’m talking less than 24 hours after ordering I received my order, shipped with FedEx iirc, needless to say I was completely baffled and a very happy customer lmao.
