Did anyone receive a TN from A tonight?

I was expecting one but didn't receive...wondering if its just me or if she's just late sending?

FYI, I placed a big order on Thursday with 2 day shipping (in the AM). I was told that they did not have enough of my med and this would ship out on Monday Next Day delivery and I would still have everything Tuesday.

 
Hey all,

Yes, I heard back yesterday that my order didn't ship for saturday, that it would go out monday for tuesday receive.

Expensive shipping that!

But stuff happens, I guess!

Talked with "A" via email over the weekend and again today.

Everything is back on track and I (along with many others) am supposed to receive tomorrow morning.

I was suppose to recieve a TN last night for delivery today (Tuesday) but didn't get anything. I sent money on Saturday. Hopefully everything is OK.

 
Also in the same boat. I got a notice Friday that she was out of my med, but she would ship it on Monday for Tuesday delivery. A package didn't get detected by UPS My Choice and I didn't receive a TN.

I'm sure its just a hiccup.

 
Hm I sure hope so. I've never see a time where ups my choice didn't work. I've got mine coming to a differnt address so I couldn't use My Choice. UPS Delivers here in 2 hours so we'll see

 
I sent funds friday for saturday delivery, they had the stock issue....but I did get my TN last night and its out for delivery.

If you didn't get TN I would email to find out why! Doesn't sound good,,,

I sent a email late last night asking for a tracking number but didn't get a reply. I'll send another email once UPS passes which should be any minute, if I get nothing

 
Hydro is hydro. And if I were to judge the quality of this companies Hydro compared to the quality of their other products, then I would say it is definitely top notch stuff.

 
Also forgot to mention, Received today at 9:30am. Everything accounted for, nothing broken or chipped, very nice packaged. I am now 2/2 with A and will be using A again in the near future /default_smile.png.

I hope everyone's packages that got stuck at the border yesterday manage to make it out today so you can receive tomorrow. Sounds like odd stuff is happening... Whoever is in the loop on that stuff keep us posted, or just PM me. Thanks :)

 
Finally got a reply. She said she was sorry she didn't collect my info the day she confirmed me so it didn't ship but assured me it would ship today for Wednesday delivery. Will update tomorrow.

 
I got a pretty odd response email from A. Frankly it didn't sound like her. I'll summarize without quoting - I'm upset the order didn't ship. Having a difficult time with [product that starts with an R]. The order will ship today no excuses.

I'm optimistic, but not sure exactly what is going on...

 
If its the product that starts with R and has a X in it I was told those were not in stock. Maybe she is just getting more in...or hoping too..

 
SWIM might have caused a shortage for the med with an R and a Y in it. I got quite a few this go around, along with 10 other thing-a-majig's. /default_smile.png Very happy with customer service with this company, the quality of the meds are outstanding, shipping time is just awesome. I mean if I pay early enough tomorrow morning lets say, I will have my package in the AM the very next day. Gotta love it. Your the best A! :)

 
Anyone else getting e-mails about the blue r's being out of stock with both "A" at certus and "R" at healthproviders? Any pne been informed of dates when stock will be back in? Only thing I've heard very vaugely was "end of March/early April"... ARE YOU SERIOUSSSS?!!! Anyone hear the same and/or have any ideas what to do or places to order the same med from somewhere different that has a proven track record like "A" does? Please share and help myself and the rest of our DBG members out if you care to share! Thanks in advnace for your time everyone!
