Changed my device and can’t restore my Wallet—what did I do wrong?

I switched to a new device and tried restoring my Cake Wallet using 12 ord recovery phrase, but it didn’t work. I believe the phrase is correct, but it shows an empty wallet or fails to load properly. What am I doing wrong?

They stated they were getting too much publicity and if anyone sent uninvited people to the private site they’d close doors for good. I’m assuming one too many new contacts got into the private site for comfort and closed for everyone
