@ChemicalMan Are you a competitor or something? Because there are quite a few people here who have had great success with them. Definitely not a scam.

I think one post would have been enough. And no, I'm not a competitor. They finally sent my order. I can not say about them that they are scammers. But their customer service is certainly no exception. They did not write clearly that they do not send in December, and they ignored my emails. It was only after I wrote to them that I had left a negative review that they decided to answer me and wrote me a not very clear message that I could understand from them that they were on a break. Anyway, I can not recommend or not recommend them. But I hope their customer service will be better in the future.

@CarlosSlim most nl. Orders between mid Nov. Till mid December are no shows. I think they scrutinize packs a bit more due to the holiday season so some people got pack through. But the rest are fucked (like me) after mid dec. Idk the situation. Chemcloud was my go too for a min.

Reached out via email. Customer service very responsive and professional, and I was given the details about donation and logistics to my country. Donated the minimum 1/15 and was told mags usually arriving in 7-12 days. Was sent a pic of my pack before departure on 1/17. I hit the 12 day mark and informed them that it hadn’t arrived but patiently waiting the 30 days. I’m not quite there yet, but I’m not hopeful. Thought donating to a different charity would help, but I don’t think NL is an option anymore. Will update if anything changes.

Well, I’m shocked but this pack showed up today. The way I found out…showed up on a certain carrier’s ID email. Have yet to test mags. Did receive the sample I requested. All in all a good company customer service wise.

The last adb butinaca I had was great. Unfortunately, they no longer have any cannabinoids, but they are definitely a legitimate seller that I can recommend!

The first one was not that, what I have ordered, but was good anyway.

Probably the second one was a scam. The order was tracked. But it stopped somewhere in nl. Failure? Customs? Fake-Tracking? (Accordingly to 1 negative trustpilot review, they fake tracking, but why they should make it that it looks like customs intercept it)*

Stealth is not good, they send everything with "Cloud World BV" Address.

I think: They are not legit.

*Maybe they want, that you accuse the DEAs and not themselves.

@Sternfang How (and why) in the world could they make fake tracking that gets intercepted?  Sounds more like the pack just got seized, and i would reach out to them about that.  Also, did you reach out to them about your first order being wrong?  I know at least one person that happened to and they sent the correct item for free.

@Sternfang I've never had an issue with them; my brain tells me their blotters are amazing with k3t; and I live in a country protected by perverts and thieves with guns and big fancy computers that supposedly detect everything.

@Sternfang How (and why) in the world could they make fake tracking that gets intercepted?  Sounds more like the pack just got seized, and i would reach out to them about that.  Also, did you reach out to them about your first order being wrong?  I know at least one person that happened to and they sent the correct item for free. 

It was a good product anyway. Nevertheless I could see it on the products hydroscopic behavior, that it is the wrong product. It dont should completly melt on normal air in 10 min. lol

And they dont respond to my complaints. 

I dont know how to fake tracking, but I know: You can only fake tracking when you have done one sending to your victim at least.

@Sternfang  The only way tracking moves is if it is getting scanned, so there's no real way to "fake" it, you would have to send something.  But why would they go through the trouble of sending you someone's else's tracking if the someone else's package also contained RCs that could get snagged in customs?  Seems so weird.  I mean they ship from NL so it would make a lot of sense if customs there took it.  Does the tracking say customs took it?   Check the tracking on parcelapp it should tell you what city it was sent to.   It would be good if they would respond to you, but they also state clearly on their website they don't do reships.

I said myself, that it is really questionable. 

It is very uncommon, that customs snagged packages between Netherlands and Germany. They simply dont do it. 

And whats wrong with responding on complains. They just have to ask DHL. 

The package got stucked where it have to be handed out to local post offices.

Because they have not enough to deliver all their customers. 

Bad comps decide to scam, good comps have very long delivery times.

That's so strange because my experience has been the exact opposite. They have always been quick to respond to inquires. Their lack of stealth meant no stims over sample sizes made it through, but everything else was good as long as it was below 5g.

I had a total of 5 packs from them last summer that never made it, and for each one of them I was given a 50% discount on my next order. The longest an order ever took was 22 days, the shortest was 7, and they'd give a 50% discount after 30 days.

Not sure that is correct. Do your research and make sure it is not a bad vendor first.
