Now that it's back up am I the only one who is scared to send them WU cause they mite be gone again tomorrow??? Plus I have sent them a few emails and still haven't heard anything back

 
well i got a reship confirmation and a payment instruction email the same day last week. I'm gonna wait and see if i get the reship.

I can't access the site, its down apparently.

They sent me a reshipment conformation for 1 package that i never received on July 1st and I have not received the package yet and from my experience with clubalp Packages come between 7-10 days from shipping conformation I know we had a holiday and it hasn't been the 25 or 30 business days but every other time it would of been here by now either they never reshipped or it's caught up in the postal system idk? If that reship dose come, then I will have received everything I ordered from them. I hope that this reship shows up soon so I can WU them the info for an order. The question now is do I go with the company that has been pretty fair with me and may have reshipped the 1 missing package or do I try Algador, or amber

 
Ive tried sending 2 emails 1 was asking why the site was down and if they were gone for good or on vacation and the second I explained to them that I would like to complete a large order but I just wanted to get the reshipment first so we would be even up, and I asked them if they knew the actual ship date so I coud know when I should be receiving the reship because I wanted to complete a big order as soon as I got the reshipment. They still have not e-mailed me back at all?? I want to complete a large order they have not been in contact with me at all, this is why I'm considering other sources if clubalp would just contact me and let me know what's going on they would have my buisness, I want to finish my order with them but I also don't want to lose $$$. I'll try to email them one more time and I'll let everyone know what happens?

 
I did get an email reply from them stating problems with the server. Their domain is set to expire at the end of July, be interesting to see if they secure it for another year. I ordered and paid them on July 1st but have not gotten even 1 shipment yet.. When they were PCU I got my order in 10 days... I dont think they would bother to email me back if they werent going to send anything but only time will tell. If your going to order again I would definately wait until next month.

 
I'm glad I never ordered from them, it always seemed like an unstable operation to me. If you're still waiting on a reship, placing another order sounds like a good way to lose money IMO...

 
If anyone has received any packages from clubalp since the beginning of July please post and let us know, thanks in advance.

 
Well tomorrow will be 8 days since my reship...my other iop is running flower than norm probably due to July 4th.

My whole thing is I ordered something other than bars for the first time and this is the first no show. Has anyone ever bought anything but bars from them ?

Also when PCU became clubalp my same log in worked so that's why I doubt this new algador site is them.

When PCU went down I remember posts a month after saying people were still getting packs. Soooo...I hope my 1mg slips magically appear tomorrow. Guess I should cherish every last bar in my supply...

 
They assured me the same thing that they have nothing to do with algador and that they have been around for years and they aren't going any where. @ boardpa if you receive your reship that quick I would be surprised. I still have not received my reshipment that I got the reshipment conformation on July 1st and this was from the 3rd missing pack that was originally shipped in mid may, so I have been waiting for a while for this one... If you do receive good for you keep me posted. You would think that they would have some way to track their packages but I asked and they just said they would reship so I'm guessing they don't have any tracking? Even if they had like delivery conformation or something like that? JMO

 
Site still down. Still suspect why my june 6th ship of bars came in 7 days but my may 28 ship of 1mgs never showed and still waiting on the reship. Maybe they reship or agree to so openly because the items weren't shipped? I've had about 12 successful orders. The first and only time I have had an issue is when I bought something other than the gador bar. i wonder if this has something to do with it?

What a shame I really liked this vendor

 
I received my reshipment today, I was surprised but it came. That means that all of my orders from them have been received in full.

 
Have been using them for years. Got an LL today, no biggie. Just makes me hate the fact that I need my meds and my constitutional rights are being invaded. Other than than having a bad day, life is just a beach.... I hope they will reship, but I bet I will have to wait the normal shipping wait..."insert all cuss words HERE!!!"
