Contaminated tr@mz - any advice?

Recently got my mittens on two packs of 100 tr*mz made by RelonChem. Only got them yesterday so am going through older stuff first, but after googling it I discovered a pharmacy level recall on it, due to a risk of 'fungal contamination'. Here are two relevant links;

obviously I don't want to bin so many if they turn out to be safe. I will contact the person I got them off but I doubt he will help. chances are it will be okay, but I worry so much. and I've been very ill for the last 24 hours so don't want to take any risks.

but, I often take things that were made in India, Thailand, with virtually no regulation - am I right in believing that even recalled western medicines may have less risk of contamination than trams I might get from CR (for an example)

What's everyone's thoughts? Any help would be massively appreciated.

If they were recalled, i would not take them.  Period.  It is not like they are oxys.  Moda has topdol brand 100 mg tbs which are great, and I beleive Starlite has them too.  Starlite has been around for years and years and is run by a really good man.

Capsules are completely white with 'Tr 50' printed on both parts of capsule.

If this was a consumer recall, not a pharmacy one, then I would chuck them, same if it was a class 1 recall, not class 2. I also read from a mycologist that even if a tiny bit of fungus is present, the body would break it down as it would break down a tiny bit of mould on bread, for example. I'm over thinking this, I know...eep...

I dont think you are overthinking it.  Truly, we take a big risk ingesting any drugs from any illegal source.  For a few trams, i dont think the risk is worth it.  Good luck Smoka with whatever you decide to do.  Xoxoxo

Thanks Cat. I texted the supplier and he says he's sold so many of them with no issues...I will try taking one, and be alert for any negative effects. not this weekend as I've been bed-bound, not in a good way. I think if it was a serious one, then it would have been a customer recall and been on all the news websites. Also, I break open gelatine capsules anyway to put in veggie ones, so I will see the actual tram. If there's a mushroom in the cap I will leave it...luckily my supplier told me he'd keep me informed of any different brands. if I'm right, relonchem is outsourced to India, temperature and humidity fluctuations cause a difference and I dare say that the t!ndol from CR I use and MM's tram would both fail BP and USP tests.

I hope you're staying away from tram now, sometimes relapses happen, and I know you've been through it lately; I know I'm not the voice of experience, but please be careful. I know I'm a hypocrite since opiates have well and truly got me, but...

 I dont even understand why I used to take that crap habitually.  I was SO hooked for two years...taking it recently (at a normal dose) made me ill.  Wish that would happen with me and benzos....lol!

Opiates are to me what benzos are to you I suppose...my problem has always been depression, and for the last 7 or 8 years, they've been my daily bread. Don't think I'll ever be able to kick them, I'd love to own a big poppy farm one day; I'd sit in a barn making tea and recording rural black metal, life would be good.

If you don't mind me asking, how did the trams make you feel ill? So much goes into my body that I never know what the cause is. For my last bout of illness, it could have been caused by anything from the Roasted Garlic Jam I tried or the Thai trams.

I'm confident I can keep a lid on the benzos, I take them twice a week mostly for sleep.

the tram i took made me shaky and nauseated.  That was taking ONE 100 mg.....i used to throw down eleven or twelve 50s at a time.  Some sick shit.......i am so glad I was able to quit that.  

Do you get speedy and shaky from them?

Ah, I make up for the zo responsibility by abusing the hell out of opiates.

Erm, with trams, I notice a little kick, but quite a nice one, but I never take it on its own, not often anyway, I usually mix either DHC or tram with 4-5grams of kratom, or tram followed by cod works well. Also, sometimes in the day I might take a zo with those opiates - ah...

This time next year kratom will probably be banned in this country. it's a sad fact and my opiate use will sky rocket then...

Even though I'm pessimistic, it will be banned unfortunately, unless a miracle happens. The government are already passing the 'Psychoactive Substances Bill'; it bans *every* psychoactive substance while exempting nicotine, alcohol, caffeine, etc. I made a thread on it in the 'Politics' forum.

It sucks that I cannot order one or two from anywhere......it would eliminate danger. 

I have often thought that I would like to buy a few hundred vals (my fav, due to long half life) and a couple of rolls of stamps a d give them all to a friend.  The friend could then mail me a couple per week.  THATS SICK!  No matter how resolute i am, once i get one benzo in me, it i all over and i will take them all.  I have tried and tried and tried and tried
