Avoid their Facebook, Instagram or website www.coollpharma.com . Scammers. I placed a small order, sent money via MoneyGram. Payments are sent to Lahore Pakistan, although they ship the orders out of the UK. They told me they ship on Mondays and Thursdays only. So, my order was taken to the Royal Mail Post Office on Monday. On Tuesday, I received an email stating that they attempted to ship my small package (flat bubble wrap envelope) and that the Post Office opened it and was holding it. I was told to send $100 for a "script" that would allow me 6 months of trouble-free shipping thru the Postal Service. WTF. I've never heard of such a thing, nor is it on the Royal Mail Service website. I called out SCAMMER, only to be reassured everything would go as planned with no interference. I didn't buy it, and wouldn't send more funds their way. I'd received emails everyday asking me to proceed. Stating that having the Postal Service hold the package would be very risky for both parties. ?? Did they actually put a real return address on the envelope???  :)   I might be out the money, but it was only $80. I will be a pain in their ass for awhile, as I constantly report any new Instagram accounts that they open. I've also had no luck with getting their Facebook account closed, other than getting photos and posts pulled.

Thank you for this info! We appreciate any information on scammers! It's what brings many people here in the first place. I can be confident in saying this won't happen to you again with our listed and reliable sources. 

 
They continue to pop up on Instagram every once in awhile. Later to get shutdown. Their website has very tempting prices, to get your money.

  20. LW815 @ LW815: Know what’s really going on in somebody else’s head or how much they’re really dealing with and feel like they’re left with no other options. Been a very sad few days but 2 complete (irl anyway) strangers cared enough about what I was going through to talk to me about it, though they owe me nothing and have no reason to help my personal pain other than the kindness in their own hearts. Just shows that this place is a real community, not just a forum of people who only care about themselves.
