My only experience with nootropics is mOdalert . It's mod@finil and should in theory be the same as the brand provigil but some people say provigil is superior in its effect smoother high. Most people say that modafinil's only effect is more wakefulness and productivity, but personally I get a very distinctive but short lasting euphoria when coming up on it. Maybe euphoria is too strong a word - rather it can take me from feeling lethargic and despondent into a very good mood indeed. HOWEVER one or two or sometimes 3 hours later the good mood turns to jitters, anxiety and some times heart palpitations and full blown panic attack . At which point I take a benzo, x@n@x probably being the best as is so fast acting . I really like mOdalert as it makes me get things done but I would never take one unless I have benzo ( or zOpliclOne) to hand . Also for the U.K. Mod alert not hard to come by as not controlled drug as far as I am aware

Same here @ElectroNymph. also trie mod 'A'final. No effect
Unfortunately right now almost all of the rc grade a-final is bunk or simply is not a-final. I've had a couple kinds all of which did absolutely nothing. If you get the real moda....it will definitely do something.

Hi @ElectroNymph long time no speak hope you are well. Some  of the generic sites sell modalert in a generic form and they're CHEAP ive tried them and the perked me up slightly but nothing to write home about. They do have a place in the medicine cabinet but don't  expect like an Add€r&l effect from modes as they're cheaper for a reason my friend. Bliss...💋

@Linx I just recently got a hold of some flm-a-finil. Researched it first and it's supposed to have higher bioavailability, a shorter half life (so no pesky sleeplessness), and fewer negative side effects. It's many times stronger than mod@finil, so a micro dose does the trick. I have a 10mg micro scoop that I use to measure out for sublingual use and one to two scoops does the trick. I was groggy this morning after having tested an RC benzo the night before, two micro scoops later, and I was alert and in a fantastic, upbeat mood within a couple minutes. These a-finils, IMO, are nothing like traditional amphetamines. No jitters, very clean, like naturally being awake, alert, focused, and positive in general.

  2. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar I would try one of those easy online ones .. reddit gives useful info about that
  3. Alkazar @ Alkazar: @NYStateofMind I dont really have a history of abusing things, my docotr is just really stingy. I am thinking of switching.

  10. N @ NYStateofMind: @xenxra I was on Adderall since 15 years ago so my dr prescribed that w no problems and then when I lost my best friend my doctor rxed the valiums but
  11. C @ Cheesus: Temp.pm down for anyone else?
  12. xenxra @ xenxra: @NYStateofMind my doctor's have always been pretty open minded if i can actually come in and explain the pharmacological action of the drugs im seeking instead of just telling them why i think i should be prescribed. the only time it didn't work out for me is when i was trying pharmaceuticals for depression ten years ago and suggested they let me try testosterone instead (turns out i was hypogonadal so they made a mistake denying my request at face value)
  13. T @ Testisthebest: Even down here in Florida when the pill mill docs all switched over to Suboxone and/or retired you can still find some pretty liberal docs but you gotta know what to look for. Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety, etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.
  14. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar do they know your history? Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
  15. T @ Turbo259: @Layne_Cobain Thank you fam
