Customs time frame

What is the longest you have had somthing say "inbound onto customs" ? and what customs was it new york Chicago ect., Also did you end up getting the package anyway?

I have one going on 7 days and have never had anything go threw chicgao customs but seems to be stuck ther, and its only etiz blistrs do they even seize that sense its legal?
