On this topic, I do have one last thing I’ll add to the thread for the time being:

Although he hasn’t been active on DBG, he’s certainly still active via email; but only for people willing to put in orders.

A couple days ago, I decided to run a little “experiment” and reach out to CYPhil using a completely new email address, stating that I was from DBG and that I really wanted to “put in an order”, for a relatively sizable chunk of change $$. Before “sending funds” I had a couple simple questions I asked him to answer just to see if he would respond to this “new” and “willing to pay” customer’s email, all the while clearly and willfully ignoring emails from other members who he owes refunds or orders to.

He replied back first thing the next morning (Tuesday) answering the questions, and said he was (paraphrasing) “open for business, and to go ahead and send the funds $$.”

I think that’s all anyone on the fence needs to know to make a final decision about this dude’s intentions and integrity. He’s openly replying to people who are willing to place new orders while ignoring those who trusted him with their hard earned $$.

I was really hoping he would come on here and prove otherwise before I put this out there. But at this point, I feel that it’s pertinent I make this little “experiment” known to the community so everyone can see ths game that’s being played here. And it’s not a win/win game. It’s a him/him game where no one gains anything except for himself.

Was looking through another vendors thread on a product I’m looking at trying but anyway, who’s this guy think he is class act “but anyway yeah I’d wait until you hear back from him before sending any more funds to him” YA DONT SAY HUH, what kinda passive aggressive message was this dissing/complimenting another vendor all in the same paragraph

Edit: I mean its foolish to exit scam at all , but to tarnish his [little] trust and reputation he has in this community would be very foolish.

He could have got me, but he didn't. He had the best prices on vials of Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds, and people were giving him positive reviews so I figured I'd give him a try. Red flag #1 is when I told him I was interested in vials he said he would knock off $25 each since I was his first liquid vial customer. I told him I'd order 20 of them at that rate the second time around if they proved to be that extra crispy Colonel Hofman's Original recipe #25. He said I just missed the mailing cutoff, but that they would be on their way this past Monday. There's nothing in my Informed Delivery. I tried pretending like I wanted to place another order yesterday and emailed a new order but there's no response. This guy is a PoS scammer. People ought to get a real job or self employ to make their ends, not just steal it from people who worked hard to get it. I'm not a big believer in Karma, but I do know that people who live this way will eventually get their comeuppance and it won't be pretty

Times are hard enough. Most of us work hard for living. Some need these mags for pain/to help calm down. Not a believer in karma myself, but one day he'll scam someone with nothing to lose or even worse someone who wants to send a message. If I was him, id reevaluate his decisions, make it right with those hes wronged and leave this behind him. I do hope he refunds everyone he fucked over. I didnt purchase his mags personally. I just hate seeing good people get fucked over. Cypress, if youre reading this, make things right and leave.

You’re absolutely right. I work my ass off. And I need a few things to get through my overtime hours. This dude fucking did me so bad. I’ve got endless emails of broken promises and him revealing all types of personal details with me. I thought he was a real one. But man I got burned so bad.
