Differences Between Ambien, Lunesta, Sonata (Z Drugs)

Z@pi is my choice of sleep aid. I have tried ambien once, and that made me sleep too, but for some reason I favor z@p. They don't always make me sleep through the night, but I take mirtazipin too, and those two together work fine. The only thing that sucks with zopi is that my brain can still be a bit foggy. I can do all things, but later in the day I find myself wondering if I did this or that like I was supposed to hours earlier. I have always done it, but I don't always remeber it without some deep brain searching. 

 
Ambien made me do some word shit that I have no recollection of what so ever. I drove on it prepared entire meals. I even baked a cake once and I don't bake lol. So I can't take it.

Lunesta made me sleep well but gave me a weird taste once it began to kick in but didn't give me the unusual side effects Ambien did. I may ask my VA doc about this next time I seen him.

Ive never tired Sonata.

 
I've taken Ambien,  lunesta, sonata, seroquel, (eww) best for me i found is regular old sublingual melatonin

  11. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: Oh god! Way too much nuance and variation between Mars, Milky Way, and 3 musketeers. There’s was a special mars that had almond. A Mars bar from the UK is closer to a snickers than a traditional mars. What a rabbit hole though.
