Does anyone know where to find a-pvp or anything similar?

I have been looking for a-pvp for sometime now and have been having trouble finding it. Does anyone know of a vendor of it or for something more similar like 4fphp? It would be appreciated. 

 
Apvp is schedule 1 in the US and has been banned in all of the manufacturing countries, so its gone, probably for good.

 
It was scheduled in the U.S. in 2014, the EU and U.N. soon banned it also in 2016
