does informed delivery always work

first time ordering , first time posting anthing. just wondering if its normal that informed delivery isnt showing anything when im supposed to recieve my mags today or tomorrow according to vendor. has this happened to anyone before ? i do not have a TN which i understand is standard procedure but now my vendor isnt answering me anymore since yesterday and nothing is showing up on ID. am i being scammed?

Sometimes id won't show or will show delivered but wont arrive till next day.

Was vendor from here and if so tripple check the contact info as scammers are good at blending in.

Its also the weekend they have lives too.

is it normal? technically, yes. it is common? not necessarily.
i've only experienced it once - with a verified vendor on this site about two years ago.
nothing showed up on ID despite scans en route until it hit my local PO out for delivery.
as toad said, some vendors don't answer all weekend, if at all.
for some reason the system simply didn't propagate tracking to my dashboard on that mag sub despite the address matching anything else i'd received - i had to add it manually.

if you're supposed to receive it soon based on the vendors word (since you can't access tracking) then i'd definitely keep pressing them for comms if you don't hear something by the end of monday.
