I'm in a situation where I don't have photo ID (what I have is date-expired).
I've been reading online & have read different things; some says that Moneygram doesn't require ID for transactions under £800, I wonder if anyone can confirm? I'm also worried MG might take my money but then insist on ID to get it back if anything doesn't work out.
It seems like MG & Western Union now want ID to send money in-person from a location (it's been over 5 years since I last did this).
Lack of valid ID is causing me issues, & even LocalBitcoin seems to want KYC/ID, LocalMonero seems like it might be the way to go, then exchange to Bitcoin, but obviously the prices/charges reflect my situation.
Any advice or info is much appreciated!
