Just wanted to put an FYI out there for anyone dealing with herniated disks and all of the ridiculous swelling/spasms that come along with it.
My wife and I started using this Eat To Live book as some sort of guide about 3 months ago and I can honestly say it helps like no other with reduction of inflammation.
For me, it took about 4 weeks of clean eating for the inflammation to start dissipatting , but was totally worth it.
You basically end up cutting all refined sugar out of your diet and that's the key to reducing inflammation in your body - wheat bread blows me up too, but that might just be me.
