Edibles Vendor

I heard from them..said they had a sick family member but items will be going to today.
I will,information, how it goes...seems like nice people and promised to make,it right and I thanked them.   From thhe comments they had a seriously family ememergenxy and I was. A sympathizer friend over a crazy customer seeking and item. I I will get item I will stage item but they say they are committed to make all order right,,,thanks

 
Still no tracking number or communication, day 8 
Yes, I was informed that munchies is currently dealing with a family emergency that came up, and I am sure some orders are unavoidably delayed because of this .. Sometimes this requires patience

I still don't have a tracking # and it is day 8 for me also. But, I'm not worried about anything. 

Please give munchies time, all orders will eventually be sent.

I understand things come up, we have all been their. But even when things come up you can have the courtesy to reply back something. You can set your email to auto reply which takes 2 mins and let's everyone know who emails you. Life happens and the show must go on 

 
He/she has been pretty open about their family medical issues and I shared ,y 8 yr old had the same they they seeing a specialist today...I a, sure they will make things right, I am just sending periodic words of encouragement.  I have faith they will do right but are faced with so,e challenged so show patience and concern. Ty.

Well I'm glad everything seems to be "ok" it sounds like. Again no one has been open with me and as  a normal practice in this space that's not unusual. I hope everything is ok. I'm just sharing my experience. If some of us didn't need meds it wouldn't be such a big deal  for me. I don't/haven't been peppering with emails at all because that's not me. This forum has been helpful in being my only source of information so thank you 

 
Was told the item would be received by Tuesday or Wednesday but no TN or update or response. I believe it has to do with family illness issues so we need tyo be patient I suppose.  I appreciate the honestly of the vendor.

I have found this vendor top notch and honest, they will make it right I am sure, I had a delay at one point once, and they were great about it :)

 
Form of payment was hacked 2 days after payment. Not saying there is a connection but hadn't used for anything else. This is getting better and better. Regardless if this is made right and I barely care at this point I'm done with this vendor

I got hacked on the form of payment I used to pay this provider. I only used this form of payment with this vendor. Ironically 2 days later the card is hacked, I get a call from said payments fraud dept. I am trying to keep this high level to protect certain things we can all agree prying eyes don't want to see. I have been doing this a long time. Back from the days of Raj over 12 years ago before he screwed people. Jim from starlite before he took a hike with people's money and came back (yep). I have been at this game a long time and if it sounds like BS, smells like it and looks like it.....

yes I have had successful orders with this vendor, we all have with vendors before they went on the lamb (TTM2U) to name a recent one. 

Has anyone received from this vendor in the last week? I hope I am wrong, I really do. If so I will be more than happy to eat a buffet of humble sandwiches. But over 2 weeks with no communication. Zero. I haven't pestered this person. Sent one email asking for an update and nothing. Seriously considering disputing the charge but I don't want to screw others on here if I am wrong 

 
I sincerely doubt that there is any connection between any kind of hacking and this vendor. @Tomosan, since you are having such a rough time, I'm going to pm you and try to help you out here.

 
After a week of donation and said mentioned item was sent  I have received no TN an response from a few very polite inquiries. Will update when possible.

 
I spoke with her yesterday and she was very apologetic.  She has had some family health issues and said this may be her last round once she completes all orders.  Just send her a polite e-mail asking for an update and wish he family feels better.  She promised me a TN today....

Besides her RL issues this vendor is very polite and wants to do what is right it seems.   I have been pleased with all my interactions.

 
I think this vendor had some personal things going on, wont say more here, but all my communication with them is answered within a day, always polite, please all keep us posted :)  haven't donated to them in a while and was looking to again soon, all items tried to far have been excellent

 
Update-Vendor emailed me apologizing. Said I  should receive by Thursday. Haven't received tracking but it is a good sign. Not going to provide a final review until it's in my hand and than will be totally objective
