I’m very much looking forward to getting to know everyone along with any and all advice from the group. Thank you for posting the rules/guidelines and advice as to the best way to obtain quality vitamins and answers.

 
The most common advice is to do a lot of reading. The more you learn the less likely to have any hiccups. You should not have any problems finding quality since nobody here sells crap. If you have any specific questions you can always notify me by posting @2earls in your post. Start by sending emails to obtain the vendors lists.
