Fast Hair Growth Vitamins And Great Hair Secrets!

I used to sooo look after my hair. Well, my girlfriend of the time did, she wouldn't let me leave home without conditioning. But, I never really had long hair, bottom of ears longest and I don't have the bottle to grow my current short, but "well styled" according to one of my female colleagues, nor the patience truth be told. I also instantly fell in love with her lol, she is beauty personified. /default_wub.png
The 'ol Ringo Starr 1960's cut? I can't tell you are from the Other Side of the Pond!!. /default_smile.png Good day mate!

I might buy some Biotin...and maybe some of that caffeinated shampoo...

I'm only in my mid-20s, and I'm thinning, not flippin' fair.

I get stupidly stressed which doesn't help.

And I want to get my hair cut, maybe today, it's only thinning (can't believe I'm typing that...) around, er...my scalp. God, this stinks. Hope biotin can save me. The people around me don't seem to mind if I get a bald spot (if I don't already!), but I do!

Hahaha, not quite peanut! It was also an undercut, so shaved short half way up the sides and back of my nut, but still longish on the outside from the top. It was REALLY cool at the time. Well, at school/college anyway. Girls loved it, or maybe it was my charming personality lol.

I've been on the Biotin regime for a little while and I'd swear it's already working. It's only been a month!
I just may try that!! I've also heard horse shampoo & conditioner!!

Try a product called Anti Snap by Redken   It helps and leaves a nice shine and keep up the vitamin regimen /default_smile.png

I use Natrol brand biotin, 5000mg, a strawberry instant dissolve tablet. started it 3 months ago, I noticed thickness improving in about 4 weeks. Biotin was painless and fairly inexpensive at amazon.com. I heard Costco sells it also. No nausea or heart burn from it and it tastes delicious.

I've started the biotin this week... 2,000 mg a day.

Will report back when I have something to report. )

I'm sure they mean mcg. I've been doing the 5000 for a while now and my hair seems to be growing faster. I don't even remember to take it daily, but it still seems to be working.

I think it looks healthier too. Great recommendation!

I haven't tried the hair dye place yet, but I'll get around to it in my own, slow, time lol.

2e mine actually says MCG. My bad. Lol

Maybe I bed to up my dose? Each tablet

Is 1,000 each. I take 2 a day

You might try 2 twice a day intead. When I went to the vitamin store, they sold me the 5000 so I assumed that was the standard dose.

Thanks 2E

I'll up it up to 3 xday & see how things goes?

I know I just started a couple weeks ago.

But I feel like it's not working.

Brush still full every day.

I know... I have no patience. lol

Thanks trudy.

I hope so!! Think I need to up to it 5,000 tho.

What are you taking?

5000 mg. Also started using WEN products recently. Love it so far. And I was using midpriced products before and wen seems way better.

I've been using WEN for years and because my hair is kind of coarse and thick the Fig one works best for me... but after a couple of years of using it exclusively I noticed it wasn't working quite as well and this happens with all products I think.  So I stopped using it for a while and now it is working well again.  I really like having products delivered to my door, lol

  1. xenxra @ xenxra: yeah but isn't the password restricted to sponsors anyway? why not just make that section private like the other ones? or is "brand new members" inclusive of sponsored accounts that are newly registered?
  2. Gracie5 @ Gracie5: The password isn’t given automatically, at least by me. I don’t give it to brand new members.
  3. xenxra @ xenxra: dm admin for password. i still don't really understand the purpose of the password section if it's just given out freely to anyone who is a sponsor.
  4. N @ Nebulon Kitty: I've recently donated to become an opal member, and posted in the thread after the donation. How do I go about actually getting the password to the members area and my Opal status.
