What is the equivalent in oxycodone to 100mcg of fent?

Thats a tricky conversion as the fentanyl is absorbing over days while the oxy is active for a few hours.  IMO it would take a lot of oxy to = 100mcg patch.  Maybe say like 15-20 lb for lb.  They are totally different beasts, so I don't think it is a very good comparison.

one ,my mate gave me a Matrifen-50m Micro-grams an hour patch

I have a opiate tolerance but reading online these are dangerous things if used wrong ,could anyone shed some light on these or point me in the proper direction ..Im not the type to use something and ask questions when its to late lol .

i loooove opiates but would never try fent unless prescribed. too many deaths from it with fake oxy, yer man phillip seymour hoffman apparantly died cause his horse was dosed with it. although that later turned out to be untrue .in my humble opinion it would need to come from a reputble manufacturer from a legit dr rx. and even then id be head melted as to take it or not

i hope ive shed some light on it (probably not too much) but i would say the rc fent analog are way too dangerous unless you really rresearch and even then im not too up on rc vendors. i think there is a law in usa possibly in uk where they are illegal (analogs).

im doing my research  and all i keep finding is "very hard to source" and "causes death " ..So my thoughts are the people who have died with them have been people who have been handed one and told you get a good hit chewing it and done so ..I thought no way am i even cutting a tad of it to try as i do not no if the fent will be eqaully spread on the patch lol ..Also it says that its like a bus is sat on your chest ./another thing ive always had is a naxloxone  kit ..Just in case something went wrong but id never take something and thing thats fine ive naxloxone sitting here .

I can only say that yes they will be hard to access/source 

For example no one thinks anyone gets Oxy in the UK or if they do they must be fake .But this is untrue some people do get them , but there rare .Its the same as  Fentanyl

Whats got me wondering about them tho is everyone seems to want them however all over the net is about how dangerous they are and that the "hit"/buzz from them is not so good .Im still doing research ..If you do decide to get them remember they are a dodgy thing as there is lots of different types/use

id def leave fent for hardcore missing limb or spinal injury type pain only. in canada people have pill presses making oxy fakes out if fent or its analog rc compound. it aint worth the risk. in my humble opinion only.

i have never taken nor seen fent available. that doesnt mean i woulndt try it. i had motorbike accident last year and am left with pain.  am also out of work (self employed) so my cashflow is fairly minimal the uk gov arent as keen to pay back the extortionate tax and ni i paid to them in the past. any self employed people im sure would know all that.

i saw a news snippet from a canadian news program that fake oxy is being sold that has fent, dry wall plaster and all sorts of stuff in it. if its there you can bet its probably worldwide due to the internet sales. i believe they originally come from china and they looked sort of dark greenish like the oc80 with the proper looking engravings.

id never tell anyone to not take a certain vitamin, but if you can find them and are surprised at how cheap they seem. avoid avoid avoid. 

also if it is a legit source and product one possible big problem could be self titration up due to building up a tolerance. if people get used to it and dont seem to be getting their usual feeling (pain relief etc) they invariably increase. with fent and any of its rc analogs, you really are talking micrograms which impossible to determine without the proper equipment.

In my very humble, inexperienced opinion i wouldnt make any habit from using that strong an opi because if something happened where i needed something strong for acute agony there would be nothing avaiable at hospital that could tackle the pain. and godforbid and touch a whole forrest of wood, that you have to stay in hospital, you would be there, in pain and also withdrawal for however many days necessary for your (albiet in this extreme scenario imaginary) condition.

i have absolutley no right to say what i thnk anyone should or shouldnt do not do but from my little bit of research id say be extremely careful. 

and with anything that is that strong an opiod is also gonna be one hell of a cns depressant (im not an expert), so i would also avoid anything else benzo wise.. if you look at any toxicology report like heath ledger etc its usually something like zanacks that is the straw that breaks the camels back.

i did not get the part about the oxy/fent mixed but i understand what your saying ..Some of they fake oxys are funny to look at and if anyone wishes to take them then its at own risk i mean some of them are lime green!! and look like something a kids made its weird .Ive seen gold ones to ,however ive never seen fake like NAPP or Fake TEVA etc its all loose ones that ive seen fakes

As for fent its just something i no not much about to take .If someone said oh its like taking 4x30mg oxys then id have an idea what id feel .And yea even when taking my dhc i watch what benzos im taking at one stage i was taking dangerous amounts of everything .Im just glad im still here to tell the tail .I will add a pic of some of the fake "oxys" i see going around but not sure if your aloud to add pics ..But they look like green smarties made by a child pretty bad .

there is no oxy in them at all

the program i watched said because the fent and the research chemical analog were so cheap, they mixed it (with no oxy) with plaster and chalky stuff, then pressing it into a pill then selli. the user would feel "something" from the pill like oxy so they couldnt claim they got sold a dud and buy them again and again until, well basically a sad ending. its because the fent and the rc analog is bought in volume and cheaply, they do this. also because oxy is now heavily controlled it is successful for the black market pill pressers.  when i was in florida 2007 it was a real oxy mill. drs would give it to anybody. but the dea put a stop to it and even medical drs are under random investigation for the control of oxy vicdn and any other of the stronger

I've used fent patches many many times.  They are pretty great, and really only pose a great threat to idiots who cut them open and put the gel on their gums or try and extract the fent so they can sniff it.  A 75mcg dose is going to be very nice, even in a person who has some tolerance, it takes about 3 hours to reach full effect and then it is pretty steady and strong.  A 100mcg patch I could only wear for so long, it was so powerful I couldn't sleep and my eyes kept wandering off in different directions.  It also matters where you place the patch.  Placed under your arm or anywhere where there are lots of blood vessels close to the surface it is going to be stronger faster.  Also warming the patch releases the fent faster.  The thing nobodyy takes into account is that when the patch is removed there is still a bunch of fent on its way through your skin, so it take a substantial amount of time to wear off.  If you can handle over 75mg+ of oxy in one dose and it is fun then I'd say you could handle a 100mcg patch used properly.  If you are a regular dabbler in opiates I say try it out, they are rare and fun.  IMO no more dangerous than dilaudid.

Also you want to take a razor and shave the area where you want to place the patch.

Especially with using fent ..So in other words people are buying them getting the "oxy buzz" buying more when indeed its a fent hit there getting , the pills i have pictures to look like they have been put together with hand no press used at all . I remember when using pk vendors everyone would say "the stuffs full of shit/paint dyes /rat posion " etc But it was only Benzo id order and never seen any problem with the blistered roche at the time .

And Jimbo that's the problem for example i have a 50mg patch here its the one with gel ,now had i gave that to a mate who does not use the computer nor does he have interest in researching things he would just take it .No matter what he would try it first then ask why he was in a&e in general hes not an idiot but when it comes down to drugs he is .Same with me im not 100% drugs savvy ,even tho ive been an addict for close on 4 years i do not no all the ins and outs .Id class myself as rookie when it comes to drugs as some people maybe like yourself or Gai have so much Knowledge on things it makes others look a little uneducated

And that is why id say fent etc is so dangerous as some people would rather take before asking questions about it .

The patch i have is Matrifen-50 Micro-grams .

It has scared me reading about the horror stories yours near the only person thats said there actually alright if taken properly ..I have a fair high Opiate tolerance so im now thinking id be ok to try it .Hmmm

i would say fent would be an amazing thing to be able to get for people in chronic pain or working with a tolernace. in totally uneducated in it other than the click bait internet stories i read. if there was a reliable reuptable vendor that would be a brilliant thing all together. so many horror stories coming from usa but like their news coverage i bet its blown way out of proportion, (sorry americans) but your news is untrustworthy in terms of bias on some of the channels. thats not to say our own uk news is any better. every day its becoming more biased.  Id much rather learn from people like the users on here. There is a lot of experience and information.
