A friend is in the same boat for over a month now. funds collected the same day sent 1/30 and said they "Will send TN ASAP" well she went s week without sending them any emails because, as you all know, things happen in this business. But in the middle of last month she got tired of waiting and sent an email about 2/16 and still nothing to this day, unfortunately. She did send them email email acting like a potential customer and they replied the same day literally a few hours later. When confronted they still owed her(and other people) order..NO REPLY.  ugh. So yeah, seems the are selective scammers. I'd stand clear from them..there are other vendors that are so legit so no use taking the risk. Just makes you sick because there is NOTHING one can do.

This is RARE, but I have heard of vendors making good on old orders. For whatever reason things went south they wanted to keep a good name and keep good customers so they sent out all the unfulfilled orders and try to get back on track and it HAS worked. Pretty sure AT LEAST 1-2 of the GREAT SY vendors are still around do this day after they had to deal with something like that. Maybe dishonest employees...who knows and I'm sure we will never know.

It comes with the territory though, and im sure you all know what I mean. If you don't..there is an unwritten..golden rule around these parts..LOL,  "NEVER spend more than you can comfortably afford too lose." It's said it has to be this was but hey..it's the word we live in.

Anyways, I've blabbered too much tonight and im just glad we now know a once legit SY vendor is no more. Makes me feel good to know that there are still a couple of really good ones out there. Good luck to everyone and have a  green weekend!

I'm sad to have to move Fernando to the blacklist. I tried to email him before I got sick and when I came back and still no answer I tried again. In the second email I said please just contact me and as long as there is communication we can work out the problems and that was 2 days ago. If anyone has any information on what happened here please pm me.

It seems he will reply to you rather quickly, but if he has any inkling that you might not was to order ASAP...he goes missing. Man, if he did it SMART like some of these other places he could do GREAT. sheesh.  Shoot..he could be "under/below" the big guys and is trying to make a name for homself but his greed is getting to him when he starts to see a lil bit of good business then his green just makes him blind and just runs. Just my opinion of course. But yeah, blacklist is where he belongs unless some miracle happens and he makes good with all these people he has wronged.

That's the only good thing about the whole mess is that he started acting strangely and was making a bunch of different emails and because of this (and that he was slow) it doesn't seem like too many people got taken. There will no doubt be a few who don't check the forum that will along.

well, if even if my/our posts can prevent someone prove using Fer they my job here is done.

And again, there are MUCH better, cheaper, and more reliable than Fer-man-doh, lol,  so there still is NO reason to use him. Again, unless he can make good..like EXTRA good on the orders people haven't received then maybe we can take him out this BL section and start to get a good reputation out there..again. But, it would take a lot.

Granted, not EVERYONE has access to the VIP section..or "super VIP" ...including myself for that fact. lol. I just know of the long time, legit vendors from waaaaay back that are still pretty much flawless other than the delays they take to ship(1-3 days but again, it comes with the territory dealing with SYs). Just make sure you prepare for those delays and you should be a-ok.

any updates on fernando? We won't reply to the email I used to order/send funds...but if I use a new email and act like im interested in ordering  he replies within the hour. What a POS.

There were only a couple members who I knew of that he owes so if you are one of them then contact him at the regular frysrx email and maybe a miracle will happen. 

No, I don't know what happened to him, I have not replied to him yet.

When I placed my first (and only?) order with him in mid-Jan, things were surely shady. No menu, of course, and when I asked about certain meds, brands, prices etc., he said he'd get back to me. When he would reply, it was almost like he was checking to see if he could get them cheap enough from someone else and then resell with the real profit coming from the shipping RIP offs. I did get the pumpkins I ordered from him, which just sucked in general anyway.

But when I finally got the HUGE RED FLAG was when he quoted me $80 a piece for green monsters because "they are hard to come by these days." When I told him I can get 10 of those for $500 ($50 ea, min 10) from several other vendors, he said he'd be right back....then wrote me an hour later saying he could go $50 a piece of if I ordered at least 50 of them! That's when I gave up with Fern.

This all happened before the supposed email jacks....so regardless of his stories/excuses now....no thank you. Not worth it, never again.

REALLLLLLLLY.?! HE got me for almost $350 and he tells me the ONLY way to get my original order is to place a NEW order and he will include the order that he....well...ill say it, the order he scammed me on. I ordered in February months

wow really? I too placed an order with him for 20 roxi30s in Feb too and the SAME exact thing happened to me. After funds are sent, no TN..no order, and no reply from him. This makes me SICK. He is a scammer, plain and simple. I contacted him at the frysrx email but no reply. 10 minutes later i act like i was a new customer who wanted to place an order and he replied with payment info VERY quickly. He is a 100 scammer unless he can make the few people who didn't get their orders right. No excuse for this. I don't mean to be be mean but this is the things thieves do. 2 earls, he too told me to make another order and he;ll send the original order...hah, yeah right. He needs to make right on the orders he accepted. I mean, we didnt hesitate to send cash but he sure won't send what we paid good money for.

No Fernando never made good on the couple of orders that I tried to help with and I heard from someone that he thought I was unfair to blacklist him over 2 orders.

@Jjay when I heard from him last, he was already on the blacklist, maybe you just didn't notice that. I told him I would be happy to take him out if he made good on his outstanding orders, but it never happened so here he will remain.
