I hear of these vendors who mix their product to simulate potency of lower 0p10ds.  Are they around anymore?

 
Could be, depends what's your current tolerance, what are you looking for (euphoria? Sedation? Painkiller?)

The F3nt@ Scene is OVER, unless you go to onion. And also there, many are scammers. But I have good News for you. In August we will see new interesting classes, without a fucked up potency and probably effective. Just stay tuned, when info will be public released i'll update on the RC Scene category.
