Five letter shipper issues

So when checking tracking says out for delivery all day, then now it's the end of the day, nothing still, and it says no delivery day now but still says out for delivery. Has anyone else experienced issues like this? And did they get resolved? I hope it just comes Friday atleast....
 
Yep - I have experience same thing - when my usual time comes and goes and they make you sweat it out with minutes to go. At least they show - but/OR - worse yet - there is a sit in "pilot" and they go back to headquarters and change till next day ! That's happened too !

I am going to post about 5 letter and how they - 3 weeks in past month - made it seem there was some reason that Est del. went from ( for example ) Fri to Mond - but just a few hours - but I can't tell it's gonna change back because there is no human to talk to - just AI operator
This always happens when it does at the "Tom Hanks Castaway Memorial 5-Letter Rest Stop" - where my reading materials always do a stop
