Flexeril and Soma seem to always works the best for me? Does anyone want to recommend a another muscle relaxer that works well?

Looking for another muscle relaxant can depend on reason behind the need for them, as there are a variety that work differently. But a simple answer is diazepam (Valium) or tizanidine...or methocarbamol. But again, depends on the reason for muscle relaxation, etc.

My need would be muscle pain and stiff muscles. Many times I don't need any pain killers. A muscle relaxer does the trick in treating my pain in many cases. Just trying to get together something for my upcoming Pain Management appointment.

Zanaflex (tizanidine) is good.  Maybe not as good as flexeril but I like it alot.   My experience is methocarbamol only works for a few hours and dos not make me drowsy at all.

I've taken Zanaflex if memory serves me correctly it made me sleepy. I've never tried Methocarbamol.

Overall, it is really hard to beat cousin v@l (from your b3nz0d!@z3p!n3 family of friends.)

S0m@ is good, but it took me a few tries b4 I realized that a light meal eaten about a half hour b4 the p!II makes it a LOT more effective (and a lot more fun, too.) I don't know what chemistry causes this effect.

Fl3x works well for me, maybe because it makes me sleepy until I get used to it.

My goody-two-shoes p@!n doc gives me b@cl0f3n, because it has few cns d3pr3$$@nt effects. He thinks that I take enough of the fun things, but I think that my road to hell is paved with his good intentions. I hate to admit that it does work, but it has no fun $!d3 3ff3c+$ at all. I Googled b@cl0f3n and found a case where a guy was taking 35 to 45 times the standard d0$3 and was unable to stop without a slow wd program. Not a problem I will ever have, at least not with that useless stuff.

It really does depend on what your problem is. Not every relaxant fits every need.

Just recently tried methocar and it works great! I found it kinda gave me a little boost of energy too.

THere is a pharmacy where you can get Tizanidine for reasonable price.  They have 2 nd 4 mg.    Methocarbamol helps with back spasms but nothing like flexeril.  I"d like to know where to get that.

@PTFC  I'd like to tell this guy where to get Tizanidine. It's a legit place. I've been buying from them for years.  THey also  have tra@m w/ aceto.  zopi but ti's expensive.   I might have talked to you about them.  They have stres@m and gr@nd@axin but are not big on relaxation stuff.  But still good legit place.   Let me know if I can tell or tell you privately to investigate

Gimme PM

Can I please now where to get some tr@ms us to us
I would recommend you read the forum rules and start doing some reading and researching. This is a poor first post I'm afraid. Look around and get used to the place. ☺

I found  a place today.  Legit place  15 mg  qty 60 was about $41 with shipping.  Kills me since with an rx it'd be $5.   I'm gonna see if I can get a script vs paying that much but this place is legit. If @PTFC wants the info pm me.

As stated already flexaril and soma works best for me.

however Valium does also for me including zanaflex but I can only take that at night. Methcorbibal works okay.  That's about it for." Me.

Also any muscle relaxers you guys can suggest would be great!

Am i allowed to post it here?  I was just thinking 15 mgs would put me in a coma.  I'd like tablets I can split.  I also hope I remembered to bookmark it if @PTFC  says I can say.   Not sure it's in the rules.

soma is very strong. much better than flexeril. flexeril has a long lasting residual hangover in my opinion.

  1. xenxra @ xenxra: @WTF7218 it may as well be that way with how little effort some of the people on here make to find information that's exactly where you would expect it to be.
  2. ontovzik @ ontovzik: When I had long term shingles, lasting two months. All he could give me was a 10 day supply of dilaudid. He looked at the ground while we were talking about it. I could tell he was ashamed but it was the legislature and the governor that tied his hands. He was very upset that non-medical political people, the media, and the scared public were controlling how he treated his patients. Someday those people will need meds and a hospital bed and they will be gone.
  3. ontovzik @ ontovzik: I had a great doctor, he had the true gift of a healer and he stayed on top of all the science. He straight up told me that for many people opiods work for managing short and long term pain.
  4. ontovzik @ ontovzik: He peed it in the snow in my backyard.
  5. WTF7218 @ WTF7218: @xenxra 😆😂. Yes, but only a few brave souls will ever find the number. You must first order a Dirty Shirley from the bartender. Then you must discreetly take the cocktail napkin from under your drink and unfold it. There you will find the map to the location of the phone number, and clues to decipher the code that it is written in.
  6. xenxra @ xenxra: he left his phone number scribbled in a stall at the pub three blocks down
  7. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar I would try one of those easy online ones .. reddit gives useful info about that
  8. Alkazar @ Alkazar: @NYStateofMind I dont really have a history of abusing things, my docotr is just really stingy. I am thinking of switching.
  9. C @ Cheesus: Thanks xenxra
  10. xenxra @ xenxra: @Cheesus yeah, use snote
  11. P @ psychedpsych: Trump is cracking down….
  12. P @ psychedpsych: Hackers are the scum of the earth
  13. N @ NYStateofMind: so it was easy bc of my history
  14. N @ NYStateofMind: I didnt really tell him but he knew I needed a new script since my dr went to jail
  15. N @ NYStateofMind: @xenxra I was on Adderall since 15 years ago so my dr prescribed that w no problems and then when I lost my best friend my doctor rxed the valiums but
  16. C @ Cheesus: Temp.pm down for anyone else?
  17. xenxra @ xenxra: @NYStateofMind my doctor's have always been pretty open minded if i can actually come in and explain the pharmacological action of the drugs im seeking instead of just telling them why i think i should be prescribed. the only time it didn't work out for me is when i was trying pharmaceuticals for depression ten years ago and suggested they let me try testosterone instead (turns out i was hypogonadal so they made a mistake denying my request at face value)
  18. T @ Testisthebest: Even down here in Florida when the pill mill docs all switched over to Suboxone and/or retired you can still find some pretty liberal docs but you gotta know what to look for. Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety, etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.
  19. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar do they know your history? Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
  20. T @ Turbo259: @Layne_Cobain Thank you fam
