Hi all. I have severe fybro on top of everything else that I wont list bcuz its a long list but I have been on a maintenance dose of flexiril for yrs for it. Mainly bcuz I have horribly bad reactions to every med that helps fybro and nerve pain plus ulcerative stomach so cant take nsaids at all. The flexiril doesn't have that whoa factor but when I run out I can def tell the difference so just wanted to share that just in case anyone else is in the same boat.

Btw the pic I posted on the bottom is what fybro would look like if you could see it. Mom sent me that. Looks like a zombie back from the walking dead which is exactly how I feel sometimes. Lol

I've been prescribed that too for the same condition and I find it helps especially at night I sleep better.

Yeah definitely helps me with sleep too.I take Lunesta with it and I sleep well. Haven't been able to go pick it up for a week and I literally did not sleep for 4 days straight. Severe insomnia but the flexiril really does make a difference.

silver shadow I suffer from a condition called costochondritis. I basically have to wait it out until my body "works thru it"  The pain can be debilitating. I have read a lot about fibromyalgia and I am sorry you have to deal with that. I went to Mayo in Minnesota and the initial testing I had was for that, but later diagnosed with the other. Pain management and reducing inflammation is the only way to deal they found to handle the flare ups

I'm happy to have flexiril or Soma helps my fybro. I notice it really helps me sleep just a little better with the cronic pain. I really wish my sleep was not disturbed with waking up in some sort of pain flair. I'm just really thankful for a good sleep.

  5. CalFresh @ CalFresh: Thanks everyone. My family and I are safe ATM. @mellowella thank you, but they cleaned me out. the shelves are empty but I'm hoping to call in some favors to restock ASAP. @xenxra I will reach out to set up a secure comms channel for us. Thanks again all. Yesterday was tough, but the support I've received from those I can share is with has been a Godsend.
  6. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: Mad love to you and your family @CalFresh
  7. xenxra @ xenxra: @CalFresh if you are able to DM me (in a secure manner) the transactions associated with your btc theft, i can look into that part for you at least. i;m still 99% certain if the fbi didn't discard my leads they could have gotten some of my coins back and considering you had your coins stolen within the us, you have a much better chance of recovery than me. unless they went through mixers i could probably trace them myself.
  8. O @ Outsider9173: @CalFresh Haven't been here long but I want to wish you a fast recovery

  13. mellowella @ mellowella: I will always remember what you did for me the very first time I donated. I have been waiting to pay that kindness forward.
  14. mellowella @ mellowella: @CalFresh are you and your family safe? You’ve helped me in a pinch and were more than generous, and I’m sure you’ve helped others. How can we help you? Does it help at all if we completely buy out what’s left? Maybe that gives time and funds to restock and rebuild? I don’t want to break any rules here, but please let us know if we can do anything. All on your time of course.
  15. CalFresh @ CalFresh: thanks guys. I'm pulling together what I have left and leaning on the kindness of folks who support me to restock my shelves so that I can keep the lights on. Having my savings drained and my security vanish in an instant is paralyzing and the repercussions will only be realized in the coming days and weeks. for now I'm just trying to stay focused on the immediate priorities for ensuring this doesn't. cause cataclysmic failure to the life I've built for my children and I.
  16. H @ hotdog45: @CalFresh hey man if I can do anything, anything at all to help you get back on your feet let me know. Truly my heart goes out to you. I sent you an email also
  17. G @ gfunkster: @CalFresh im really sorry to hear that. But remember karma is real my man. They just fd their karma for a long time.
  18. Telp @ Telp: @CalFresh Thats so fucked man. Im glad you’re safe! And wishing you the best. What a bunch of scumbags.
