Force feeding and overeating elevates leptin. Continually force feed and constant elevated leptin will desensitize your hypothalamus, keeping hunger turned up. You will continually store bodyfat. Bodyfat rises and insulin sensitivity drops. Body overproduces insuiln as a result. Bodyfat rises further (see effects compounding). Nutrient partitioning suffers, we lose "fullness", anabolic environment suffers (aminos also not uptaken as well), and you are full fledged regressing.
