Update, last order there was one wrong item, fx reshipped the new tabs immediately as promised, I just got it today and he even used certified mail.

Got an update from fx saying they are going to send out the samples i was interested in today, will keep everyone updated and leave a review on my research once samples arrive. Everything else’s experience here gives me hope, so far communication has been very good every email answered same day, really appreciate you fx and look forward to doing business in the near future, so far so good.
