General question about mail inspections and repeat incidents

Hey everyone, to give some back story I had a shipment of 60ish units pregab seized at NYC (from india). Well basically I used my name and friends adress that time (dumb i know) but now that same friend wants to order 10 broma’s and a dee’em’tee cart except it’ll be his name on everything this time. So basically what i’m asking is that, would the first international seizure raise enough flags for they to warrant looking inside the package or worse seizing it. Domestic USPS btw. Thanks
