Hi @jaybran Are you in UK ? Not that it matters where  you are but if you are in UK I have phone numbers of helplines for people who are feeling depressed etc.  If it helps I know exactly how you feel and you are definitely not alone. Please let me/us know what we can do to help you x

 
The only iv found to help is benzo,s the best being a bar.my opinion....
