I just want to take a moment to express my gratitude to this board. Seeing all these new people coming here in so much pain they can't function reminded me of my first days here. I found this place because I was madly, desperately searching for anything to make my life bearable. My migraines had gotten progressively worse until they had stolen my life. I couldn't play with my kids or read a book. It was a very dark time but DGB was my light at the end of the tunnel. It would be quite melodramatic to say it saved my life but it did give me back the little things that make life enjoyable. My doctor, the wonderful person she is, figured out my SSRIs were seriously increasing the duration and intensity of my migraines. The very kind people of this board helped me navigate the online pharmacy world safely and get the meds I needed to function. My first order got me through the pain until the SSRIs got out of my system. I also now have supplies on hand for when I still do get a migraine. It's made the quality of my life so much better.

Many people helped me when I was new here but especial thanks to Unknown1212, Catinthehat, headbanger and voodoo who helped when I was still a dumb newb and my first posts were begging for p3rcs! If it wasn't for you guys I would've had to live a whole other month in migraine hell.

A super thanks to the other DBG members for their suggestions, help and support. Well and beyond just getting the meds I need I've found a wonderful, supportive environment that helps me cope with my other issues. Super duper thanks to phrentics for the shoulder to whimper on and ear to vent in when things get bad. When I first came here I had no idea things could even BE better.

**Happy pixie snugs to all**

Phrentics?!

After all we've been through and you can't even get my name right?!

**shrugs very disappointedly** Ha!

Well said though Pix... A wonderful set of people inhabit these here boards :-)

I lose 10 IQ points for ever day I go without as sleep.

True Facts *nod nod*

Thanks for the post wp. The mods around here don't get enough appreciation.

Thanks Cat, timyboy and yellowbelly for donating your time. You could be doing better things like listening to Judas Priest, Ronnie James Dio and even Kiss.

And thank you to the major contributors: unknown1212, fargo,  smokeyjoe, two, wyldepixie, Maybesomeday and  Heavenlee. These guys/gals spend a lot of their helping out too.

I certainly can't mention everyone but all of the members of this community make a contribution to the board. Whether it's asking a question that will help others or answering one we all contribute,

Thank you all.

Kiss, again?!... What about Led Zeppelin, The Who, Hendrix or Primus :-)

Or G'NR! Of course G'NR 86-93, NOT the cover band of awful, ridiculous, posers headed by that red headed, fat, bo-tox filled, Axl Rose look-a-like, parading around in Indiana Jones hats acting like he is still relevant.

How could I forget GN'R... Especially the Appetite for Destruction days :-) And yes Friday, the last album I even acknowledge as GN'R is Use your Illusion II... Not the farce they have since become....

Every time I hear GNR I have flashbacks of making out in the back seat of a car.

Nice post Pixie, and Congrats on your V.I.P. status and your participation on the board...

HB, I love you man, but KISS albums are outlawed at my House! /default_cool.png

Hey, I want to rock and roll all night and party every day!

Congratulations Pyxie!

Damn, if I had only played the 5 letter game with you and Phrenicz I could be a VIP by now. I just can't think that hard :(

Thanks for all the congratulations everyone!

5 letter game is fun! We need a new word game though for a bit of change.

Hey thanks for answering my questions, pixie.  Also the warnings about ER /default_smile.png

You're definitely giving back!

  1. xenxra @ xenxra: @WTF7218 it may as well be that way with how little effort some of the people on here make to find information that's exactly where you would expect it to be.
  2. ontovzik @ ontovzik: When I had long term shingles, lasting two months. All he could give me was a 10 day supply of dilaudid. He looked at the ground while we were talking about it. I could tell he was ashamed but it was the legislature and the governor that tied his hands. He was very upset that non-medical political people, the media, and the scared public were controlling how he treated his patients. Someday those people will need meds and a hospital bed and they will be gone.
  3. ontovzik @ ontovzik: I had a great doctor, he had the true gift of a healer and he stayed on top of all the science. He straight up told me that for many people opiods work for managing short and long term pain.
  4. ontovzik @ ontovzik: He peed it in the snow in my backyard.
  5. WTF7218 @ WTF7218: @xenxra 😆😂. Yes, but only a few brave souls will ever find the number. You must first order a Dirty Shirley from the bartender. Then you must discreetly take the cocktail napkin from under your drink and unfold it. There you will find the map to the location of the phone number, and clues to decipher the code that it is written in.
  6. xenxra @ xenxra: he left his phone number scribbled in a stall at the pub three blocks down
  7. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar I would try one of those easy online ones .. reddit gives useful info about that
  8. Alkazar @ Alkazar: @NYStateofMind I dont really have a history of abusing things, my docotr is just really stingy. I am thinking of switching.
  9. C @ Cheesus: Thanks xenxra
  10. xenxra @ xenxra: @Cheesus yeah, use snote
  11. P @ psychedpsych: Trump is cracking down….
  12. P @ psychedpsych: Hackers are the scum of the earth
  13. N @ NYStateofMind: so it was easy bc of my history
  14. N @ NYStateofMind: I didnt really tell him but he knew I needed a new script since my dr went to jail
  15. N @ NYStateofMind: @xenxra I was on Adderall since 15 years ago so my dr prescribed that w no problems and then when I lost my best friend my doctor rxed the valiums but
  16. C @ Cheesus: Temp.pm down for anyone else?
  17. xenxra @ xenxra: @NYStateofMind my doctor's have always been pretty open minded if i can actually come in and explain the pharmacological action of the drugs im seeking instead of just telling them why i think i should be prescribed. the only time it didn't work out for me is when i was trying pharmaceuticals for depression ten years ago and suggested they let me try testosterone instead (turns out i was hypogonadal so they made a mistake denying my request at face value)
  18. T @ Testisthebest: Even down here in Florida when the pill mill docs all switched over to Suboxone and/or retired you can still find some pretty liberal docs but you gotta know what to look for. Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety, etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.
  19. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar do they know your history? Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
  20. T @ Turbo259: @Layne_Cobain Thank you fam
