Western Union and Moneygram kept on canceling my transfers so now I get my wife to do bitcoin for me. I’m going to try to use bitcoin myself (while she’s sitting beside me).  It’s best (and safer) to put funds into your private wallet first and then transfer in case anyone is reading this and considering using bitcoin. I’m on a preaching mission to help anyone not be a slave to WU or MG 🌝

1.Don't use WU/MG payment at anytime on the internet, always in person with cash only. (untraceable) 2nd. as far as crypto goes, that's your best bet to be safe and secure. They're are many cryp' wallets and banks you can buy them from(banks-as in websites, like coinbase, for instance, hell some ATM's sell cryp. you just need a wallet to deposit them into...localbitcoins.com chk that place) However, now there are a couple of very popular websites that sell crypto and require ID verification/personal info, basically stages too increase the amount you can spend/sell and if you're into trading crypto too...(all because the government finally figured out they can make money off these currencies by taxing it. F'kn bastards) lol that recently just happened this year. There are ways around the tax, but that's a whole diff. topic.

Just set up bitcoin wallet app. on your computer and then find their mobile app. like the dude above me said, then get a less popular wallet and once you buy the currency  off the big corp. bank site, transfer them too your small wallet...then you can send them to whom ever accepts...(beware, you have too pay a fee every time, depending on the price of ur transfer, for service fees) or you can get ANOTHER wallet and transfer it again to be even more safe, while running a VPN! lol.

dont hesitate too message me if you need help. i soon will be a vendor here on this site, just working on the OK from the admins.....

PEACE

Is it normal, when working with bitcoin sellers (and funding with PayPal) an ID is required?

Hi there,

Yeah @BellaDonna  that's nothing out of the ordinary.

Happens all the time when funding that way because of the amount

of scams been pulled on the BTC sellers. Nowt to worry about..

@Toker Thanks for the info.  I just found out that what I bought in bitcoins couldn't buy a gallon of milk.  For newbies, I would highly recommend a conversion calculator to know exactly what the conversion rate is for your dollars. I kinda got screwed.   Not scammed -- but screwed.

However, I am sure learning quite a bit about this process.

@westcoastkook  guide above contains practically every step to take and how to take it. The information is sufficient for anyone trying to donate to DBG (or buy a larger amount of currency from an exchange to put into another wallet).

@BellaDonna I know your post is old, but as a general piece of advice to anyone new: you can easily just google USD to BTC or open an exchange to see the conversion rate.

@HeirCroc1 I bought bitcoin when the price was high.  And, shortly after, it took a dive -- leaving me with 1/16 (in USD) of what I purchased.  No conversion chart/exchange website will tell you how bitcoin will perform on a day to day basis.  So, my point was buy it -- then donate; don't wait, because you could end up like me -- waiting until bitcoin rebounds.  And, right now it is very low.

@BellaDonna my bad, I overlooked that. You are 100% correct. Donate ASAP.

edit: it is making a slight rebound the past two days so that is good.

Hi folks..

@BellaDonna  and @HeirCroc1  i think you will find THIS Site or This Site very useful for keeping

an eye on the fluctuations of BTC on a day to day or hour to hour basis..

*EDIT*  If you want live stats then HERE is a good point of reference..

@HeirCroc1 Would you believe that I need Bitcoin to rebound/reach 97.0 (USD) per .01 BTC to break-even.  That's how BAD my timing was.  And, although it has moved up a bit, I need a drastic rebound!  But, the second it gets near my target...I'm donating (then throwing a party)!

Finally crack the electum wallet enigma. Seem real easy now, after spending £30 and a loud of hours spent trying to work it out :D :D

@Conceited hey i know what you mean it's too me a week to figure out that I have to go on Google play store to download it, I've been trying to download it and it keeps saying it won't work but hey it may take me a while

I have been wanting to donate for couple of months.  I'm not great but not bad with programs.  I am intimdated by BC and I need help in next couple of days.  Where do I begin ?

  3. D @ drdso: It's scary now fr. I'm guessing we're gonna see a lot of exit scammers for former "reputable" veteran vendors. These tariffs/supply chain issues are causing them not to receive product due to seizure/denial. At a certain point they gotta get there money somewhere. Just be careful who you buy from y'all
  4. T @ timyboy: How ya'll doin
  5. D @ dichlorodavid: Ah thanks for the clarity on the strike. I wasnt aware that this is cont'd from the 2024 strike. Hope they reach terms this time (quickly!)

  12. Alkazar @ Alkazar: Technically they were forced back to work the last time they went on strike in 2024, so this is the same strike for the same reasons in 2025.
  13. Alkazar @ Alkazar: I dont know how to direct reply to people on here. But the Canada Post strike will affect any mail coming from the US. It will be held at a facility until the striek is over. Mail that is being sent from CAD to the US will just not be picked up. It all has to be private delivery services now.
