I've been looking for patches after a friend with terrible arthritis told me that is the only thing that helps her and her rheumatologist gives that to her,

I can't seem to find a source selling patches but have read about people offering pops or spray.  Is it the same?  Feedback appreciated!  My only experience in the last

10 years is with Vics and Perc.  Went on a cruise and bought some 20mg Oxy in Honduras and it put me in a coma like sleep, not what I wanted!

I've tried the fentanyl pops which I get on special occasions that I find to be of great quality, but at $80.00 a pop they are for special circumstances. When my back is killing me and I can hardly get out of bed. But you will probably only be able to find in the Mexican sy vendor section.

Your percs and the stuff you bought in Honduras have the same active ingredients. If 20mg is making you go night night I don't think you're at the stage where you should be looking into f e n t @ n @ l.

@ShelbyCobra I agree. Very potent. Over the last 3 days we've had 78 overdoses from fentanyI laced heroin in Cincinnati. Noes it's risen even higher. Dangerous stuff if you don't know what you are doing. I'm prescribed fentanyl patches from my pain management Doctor. I would be very careful with something so potent!9

CINCINNATI –  Cincinnati police are asking for the public's help in trying to identify the source of the suspected heroin behind an estimated 78 overdoses in just two days.

Oh really?  I had no idea!  My grandmother used to have them for pain and the woman I know doesn't take anything else and I think this was only the 2nd thing they gave her to try and she said it was the first thing ever that took away her horrible arthritis pain!  I have back pain from an accident where I have ended up with arthritis.  The Vics and Perks help if I take when the pain is starting but if its already bad they don't do anyting!  I'n not looking to mix or experiment, I just want to find something that provides relief when the pain is bad.  I was planning to ask my PM doctor about it when I see him.  I've only been taking opiods for 10 months before this year I could handle the pain but now suddenly its bad on a daily basis.  First I was on Vics and when they didn't work he prescribed Percs.  I thought maybe by researching I could come up with  good suggestions I might ask him for!  I an shocked to hear about the patches because of the person I know who uses them!  I'm fine with the Percs but yeah the stuff from Honduras hit me so hard I fell asleep while walking, it was a coma type reaction like I've never experienced before!  I guess I don't know much about the Fent at all!  I assumed since it was a patch the  medicine was delivered locally to the area in pain!

Dear mammajo ! I have to mention that patches are a slow source they are potent for 3 maybe four days. They are slow release carriers of an amount .They dont make you high and medicaly are suitable for patients who have tolerance to other opoiods. They are not very safe especially the patches > 50  μg/hour release.  Beware  of respiratory depression if used with other opoiods ( Even with light drugs like Tramadol ). Many people have find themselves in E.R if they are lucky. I always say if you use fent@n@l use it on its own do not mix it with alchool or other opioids. And at the end safety is all that matters.
I'm honestly not looking for a high at all, I just want pain relief when the pain is bad!  I don't know if I am tolerant to Opiods?  I have taken them for 10 months, 3 months on Vics 5mg 3x per day and 1 month on Perks 5mg 3x per day and the last 6 months on Perks 7.5mg 3x per day.  I don't drink and other than trying Oxy in Honduras (and not liking it at all) and tylenol with code #ine, these are the only opiods of any type I have taken in my life so no danger of taking with anything else.  ((correction, I have been given IV Dillaudid in the hospital once after surgery so with that, those are the only pain meds I have been given in my life!))

@mammajo I honestly think you should do research on it. I was a former heroin addict and just got off a 200 mg dose of methadone so I have a high tolerance for pain meds. Going from vikes to fentanyI is extremely dangerous. It is extremely potent. I see people die here in Cincinnati from their fentanyl laced heroin everyday. And they thought because they were uses to good heroin that they could handle it. Now our overdoses is a crisis in my city. It's over a hundred in five days. My friend I had in college was used to taking pills just like you did. He got a patch when you could open and shoot the gel. We only split a quarter of a 10 mg fentanyl. I had a 100 mg morphiene habit and I went out but was ok. He was not that lucky because he was pretty opiate naive only taking vikes. He never woke up and died of a fentanyI overdose. It was our first time trying one and I was just as naive as you. I still regret his death because if I should have researched it more he would still be alive today. I definately don't want that to happen to you! It was developed for people with cancer who were dying in extreme pain. It's not a drug to try taken lightly. I am not a doctor but going from Percs to fentanyl is dangerous and will kill you!

That's scary stuff!  I really appreciate the info, it sounds like something I definitely do NOT want to try!

Wow!  Thanks for the info!  I will stay FAR away!  I can not imagine taking doses that high!

This is from The Washington Post about my city Cincinnat Ohio

'This is unprecedented’: 174 heroin overdoses in 6 days in Cincinnati

The original numbers were startling enough — 30 heroin overdoses across Cincinnati in a single weekend.

Then they just kept climbing.

Seventy-eight more overdoses and at least three deaths were reported during a 48-hour period Tuesday and Wednesday.

And at the end of last week, after a six-day stretch of emergency-room visits that exhausted first responders and their medical supplies, the overdose tally soared to a number health officials are calling “unprecedented”: 174.

On average, Cincinnati has four overdose reports per day, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported, and usually no more than 20 or 25 in a given week.

[Heroin cut with elephant tranquilizer may have caused 60 overdoses across two states in just 48 hours]

But pure heroin is what’s responsible for that average. And that’s not what’s on the streets now, they say. The culprit responsible for the staggering number was probably heroin cut with the latest opioid boost meant to deliver consumers a stronger, extended high — carfentanil. That’s a tranquilizer for, among other large animals, elephants. And it’s 10,000 times as strong as morphine.

as you can see those asshole dealers are putting carfentenyl which is a hell of a lot stronger than fentanyl. It's so crazy that all the people I know that are still shooting dope went looking for the same dope, and they all overdosed. I'm so grateful that the last time I relapsed on heroin I didn't get this dope. And you wouldn't catch me looking for it. As easy it is to find its just a phone call away. I'm so grateful that I'm sober and alive today!

@Heavenlee it's such a pitty that street H has such a hold over these addicts,They say that all addicts are chasing the feeling of the first time they injected,Sadly this never happens and that's why they seek this extra strong concoction to try and hit that high again, thar might infact end they're life in they're quest ?.

So sad to hear this story above...

Peace

@blissopifree 2I'm so pissed I was writing back from my iPad and the battery died and lost everything! But yeh it's really sad. But I remember when I shooting heroin, I would have been looking for this dope! I mentioned it in VIP chat. Everyone would say I gotta find the dope that killed eddy, but this is so freaking dangerous. Carfentanyl is way way stronger. It's like playing Russian Roullette with your life. I'm so happy with all the support I get on here I've remained clean. I had 3 of my friends stop by asking if I wanted to get some with them over the weekend. They all three overdosed. They found the dope that killed Eddy. I'm grateful I didn't partake! And happier everyday! But yeh, it's crazy and quite sad!

I look our for a lot for pain medicine, because i need to not feel this much pain in back. My friend say to me "Yusef, Yusef, you need buy fentanyl, that will take pain away".

a saw it tv, a girl had lot of lollipop (so weird) and it said a 1000 time better than morfium? German doctor put me on hydrocodone before 10milligrams pet tablet.

@Heaven Lee: word "Russian" catch my eye, and then i read your all of your post. I am sorry, but I don't know Eddie. MY condolences! And do you think that can happen to me if i order one on the internet? My friend in Ukraina told me that he order all kind of Oxi and Roxi on this site, but when i check list, the price...mother russia save me lol.

i think i stuck with asshole doctor who don't want to put me something stronger, now i have to take 3-4 of those pain medicine to make my aches go away.

i dont even get disabled benefit, because I'm no german citizen yet, i can stay for 5 year I think, and i dont want to loose Ingrid my wife, because she bring me here and take care of me, but when see see all the pill gone in 10 day that shall last for 30 she become very upset and move out.. :-((

but i need a resource somehow. of course i cannot buy anything, the prices is so high!! but if i ordered 25 hydrocodone, my pain in back is gone, but i have no money to eat.

it is very bad situation. pain or no eat? work with pain, and almost no eat and jut a little more pain medicine, if buy 10. i do not know what to do.

i looking at eiffeltowerteam, or something like that, they have lowest price of all of the other one.

@HavenLee, i congratulate you stopping heroin, i stopped krokodil, it took my 2 fingers and a lot of time i see things. my skin came off, but german doctors fixed tissue.

I look our for a lot for pain medicine, because i need to not feel this much pain in back. My friend say to me "Yurif, Yuri, you need buy fentanyl, that will take pain away".

Congratulations @Kuznetsov in managing to quit krocodile I,ve seem a documentary on it and it looks cheap and users seem to die within 2yrs of starting it and that's a LONG expectancy if used daily it can be as little  as 6nths!!.

In the documentary it made seeing someone injecting Heroin not bad atol, this cheap drug made from motor fuel and codien tablets looks ABSOLUTELY terrible your lucky to get away from this MOST EVIL of drugs.

Ps closely followed by the devils H it's hard to kick and I take my hat off to anyone fighting the good fight?..

Peace

@Kuznetsov and @blissopifree 2 I agree congrats on quitting the Krokodil. I like @blissopifree 2 saw probably the same documentary. That is some horrible stuff! I saw people with there bare bones exposed. It's sad that you lost two fingers but I'm happy German doctors are helping you. I can totally relate to you, hell I still run short on my pain meds but that's why I'm here to supplement the rest of the month when I'm out. I feel badly for your situation. I can easily access the Mexican sy vendor section to suppliment my supply but since I'm over in the states I am not a good person to help someone in Europe. Also, your English is pretty good, but I think it's an old America saying, for old dope fiends like me. Whose got the dope that killed Eddie is just a saying. It's from a song superfy a old movie. It's when there's good dope on the street that people would look for the same dope that killed someone because they want strong heroin. Although out of my group of people I used heroin with all but me and one other is still alive. I'm sure other members can help you with someone that can help you with your back pain. Like is said. I feel terrible for you because I suffer from horrible back pain from a car accident. I do get fentanyI patches but because I'm also on Suboxone I rarely ever use them. Because I pay the price from taking Suboxone it will make me sick if I use them more than a day!  Good luck and let us know how you are doing. My heart goes out to you. Your story is so sad, yet we here it all the time here. People in pain and being undermedicated. Except the Krokodil. Glad that you are alive! Welcome to the board and nice to meet you, heavenlee

@NikolasI got your pm sorry been busy with moving but I'll write you back, and yes that is definitely a good idea to practice if you don't know what the heck you are taking, probably best not to take at all. But in my years of opioid addiction, if I was taking something I never took before I would try a little bit, and see how I felt. If I needed more then I would take a little more. Once you cross the line and take a whole pill that you have never messed with or take a patch like my friend did. There's no going back. It's better to have too little in this case than too much because it will cost you your life.

@heavenlee that is so insane. from a dealer standpoint you make a ton of money but isn't that kind of nearsighted seeing as your customers won't likely come back?

and kr@tom is going to be illegalized are you kidding me?

out of curiosity can anyone tell me what patches go for on the streets these days?

off topic: When I was head RN at a hospice, the sprays had just came out, mostly to combat addictive use.AAAAHHH JELLY PATCHES - THOSE WERE MY VICE

the nasal sprays scare me. Instantly absorbed with relief.  my patient had brain cancer, as i readied his med (and checking it out), 500mcg!!!!!! sprayed my fucking palm.  the sprays are little.  i was so scared they called 911 and stayed in the er for 24 hours.

so remember; nose=mucous membranes=no going back.

here in chicago we had 75 ods in 1 week (H cut with fent).  blood on their hands if they sell without telling and pills too

As a recovery addict; most using WANT the death bags because how high you get.

@saintalien that is nuts.... shoot if those guys want fent they can find it themselves. dealers could even still charge a pretty penny! for small amounts and the profit margin would still be awesome but just SAY its fent. thats all i ask. and fiends would still come back. i must be nuts to still use opiates, but they help so much. i should stick to pods... or get a few nasal sprays of narcan

@newdaze and especially @SaintAlien it's crazy but since we are both recovering addicts we both know that when we heard about the dope going around that killed people that's the dope we went searching for. The good dope!  I just wrote on the vip side that even not using heroin in 15 years after fighting with my husband and son because i snorted some coke and having them screaming at me for two days, the drug still has a pull on me. I went downtown to get that dope but because of the suboxone I guess it just made me wake up in the brownies I ordered from Pizza Hut, literally there is an imprint on the brownies of my face. Wish I took a photograph of it, but it's really not that funny. They are looking at the people's phones that overdosed or died and trying to fing the dealers that sold the dope to them, and charging them with attempted murder and murder for those who died. But for all those 174 people that overdosed there's a 1,000 more people at least waiting to find that dope. Scary stuff! @SaintAlien my dope dealers I have used told me that they get their stuff from Chicago. But they are using carfentanyl which is 100 times stronger than fentynyl.

Coroner: 8 overdose deaths in Hamilton County due to carfentanil

The coroner's tests found carfentanil was a cause of three deaths from Aug. 19-25 when Cincinnati experienced a staggering 174 overdoses. The number of overdoses has slowed somewhat, although police reported substantially more overdose runs than usual through the holiday weekend.

  11. N @ NYStateofMind: @xenxra I was on Adderall since 15 years ago so my dr prescribed that w no problems and then when I lost my best friend my doctor rxed the valiums but
  12. C @ Cheesus: Temp.pm down for anyone else?
  13. xenxra @ xenxra: @NYStateofMind my doctor's have always been pretty open minded if i can actually come in and explain the pharmacological action of the drugs im seeking instead of just telling them why i think i should be prescribed. the only time it didn't work out for me is when i was trying pharmaceuticals for depression ten years ago and suggested they let me try testosterone instead (turns out i was hypogonadal so they made a mistake denying my request at face value)
  14. T @ Testisthebest: Even down here in Florida when the pill mill docs all switched over to Suboxone and/or retired you can still find some pretty liberal docs but you gotta know what to look for. Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety, etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.
  15. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar do they know your history? Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
  16. T @ Turbo259: @Layne_Cobain Thank you fam
  17. Alkazar @ Alkazar: It is INSANE how doctors treat tax paying hard working people like criminals when they ask for opioids. This world just keeps getting more and more backwards. But thanks to this site to be able to find people to help when no one in the medical world will.
