Have to dispute CC charge for a c2 that never came

Company sent wrong meds. I am a little worried to dispute the charge because the CC is asking details such as what med did I order. Do you guys think I can be implicated in any crime by admitting to the CC I was buying a C2 from a online pharmacy?

My FP flag designation is for fun, having been a tourist there five years ago.  I have lots of cards and have done plenty of chargebacks, never with vitamins,
