Ok, everyone. I'm working with GDX on this; he's sent me the email chain.

When its sorted out, we'll put a final report on the forum.

For now, lets just let this die down with a warning that its under review, and no one should order yet.

Everyone ok with that?

I'll work on this, and report back when its cleared up...

Well now, I see that while the Wookie's away, the newbies do indeed play. Just goes to show that the more things change, the more they stay the same. It looks like you guys have this well in hand, so no need for the furry guy to jump in. That said, haven't we seen this "nearly unknown member places giant order from unproven vendor, gets taken and appeals for help to senior membership" game before? Or, maybe I've just been out in the sun too long over here at the Jewenberg Beach Bar & Pharmacy.

So I got a look at the email trail. Between GDX and Rick..........
The way its going to have to be is you simply boost up your post count so you (GDX) can tell your story to the board yourself. This leaves the board to make its own judgment on who is dealing the cards and who is marking them.

BTW you can up your post count in the off topic section. Its quite easy.

Yes, I'm with RH on this one. I discussed this situation with several senior members, and there are just too many issues here for it to be anything that can be "resolved".

Personally, I dont like any part of it, but all I will say is that GDX needs to up his post count to then report on this vendor as he sees fit. I choose to not get involved any further.

Anyways, what's up Jewy, hope everything is cool!! But the one thing I would like to know is if anyone other than GDX has used Health Rick? I just find it really strange that he sent a bunch of us the same email, did he really think we were all gonna go bash on Rick with out any proof?

 
Who knows Raphael, but no one else seems to be stepping up with a report!

What is strange too is that Admin said vendor can answer questions on this thread...but he hasn't stepped up either!

Well this Health Rick guy is a scammer. It seems like he got a hold of the chalky fake RoxiM30s that were going around.

Have a look. None of us knew who to beleive but he finally sent me an email along with these photos. These are the ones that would break apart. Also Health Rick would NOT reply to my emails. Someone one here bought a boatload so it looks like we were all going to get scammed a few here a few there.

i have also been notified and asked for advice about this vendor from GDX recently. 

told him/her to up their post count to have control on email only thread, or contact Admin. to allow him or her to post their review and let the cat out the bag before more are thievery tricked by this PIG.  I'll bet you that GDX wishes he could fester in his bed chamber with Health Rick's guts... hahaha

the gist of it is that Health Rick is a SCAMMER! like RH said above.  WARNING!!!  Heath Rick is a SCAMMER!!!  buyer BEWARE!!!
