I am new to this forum. From what I've gathered so far, most people here are really nice and willing to help. As it's been said over and over again, reading as much as possible is the best way of getting answers. I just find it hard to navigate through it all, and really hope I get a hang of it soon.

Greetings to everyone, Twinkiefry :-D

Hi twinkiefry, and welcome! What a fun name! You are spot on, reading is the best way to learn what's what. The search function is helpful also. Please don't hesitate to ask if you get stuck however. If you stick @  before my username, or anyone's for that matter, I will be informed of it faster. Your PM facility unlocks after 20 posts.

Welcome!  The people here are truly nice, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. I was a bit intimidated at first (didnt want to sound dumb) but that feeling quickly left me after I did a bunch of reading.  The forum becomes really easy to navigate and is truly a wealth of information.   The Mods are super cool and are very fair when it comes to keeping the threads clean and on point.    Just read and use common sense....the common sense part was a bit hard for me :)   Again welcome!

Thank you so much! I really just want to make this community better, with helping in any way...even though my main concern right now is, to not mess up a lot or break the rules. I know you will let me know, when/if I do. Thank you again for welcoming me, I am looking forward to progressing

@ainthouse, Ha! Your words were a duplicate of what I've been thinking;  I do feel intimidated, and don't want to come across dumb or lazy...this is so new to me; I gathered it takes patience, and common sense, and yessss--those aren't in abundance these days  ;)

  2. xenxra @ xenxra: y'all
  3. D @ drdso: It's scary now fr. I'm guessing we're gonna see a lot of exit scammers for former "reputable" veteran vendors. These tariffs/supply chain issues are causing them not to receive product due to seizure/denial. At a certain point they gotta get there money somewhere. Just be careful who you buy from y'all
  4. T @ timyboy: How ya'll doin
  5. D @ dichlorodavid: Ah thanks for the clarity on the strike. I wasnt aware that this is cont'd from the 2024 strike. Hope they reach terms this time (quickly!)

  11. Alkazar @ Alkazar: It is really annoying\
  12. Alkazar @ Alkazar: Technically they were forced back to work the last time they went on strike in 2024, so this is the same strike for the same reasons in 2025.
  13. Alkazar @ Alkazar: I dont know how to direct reply to people on here. But the Canada Post strike will affect any mail coming from the US. It will be held at a facility until the striek is over. Mail that is being sent from CAD to the US will just not be picked up. It all has to be private delivery services now.
