Hey guys,

I had another account for this place like a year and a half ago but I'll be damned if I can find it.  Like so many members (I imagine), I came here months ago, got the information I needed, and then never came back.  That is, until my vendor stopped writing me back a few weeks ago. 

So here I am again, with a new account, looking for help.  From what I've read here today it sounds like many people are in the same boat as I am.  A lot of the jargon and stuff goes over my head (I have no idea what "SY" stands for) but I can certainly translate "PK" and "Mexico."  >_<

Anyway I know I need to read more and I'm not allowed to ask for help without writing 20+ posts.  I'll try not to make all of them spam.  It sounds like I may just have to accept that I'm gonna have to go without for a while.

Anyway, I'm glad this place exists, and I'll try to be a more useful member this time.

Sounds like your second paragraph is going down the correct path.  Welcome back.

 
It does take a lot of reading but the answers are there. We just have to be careful & protect this site.
